No short duration discussion/calling attention motion listed for the week, Trinamool’s Derek O’Brien raises Point of Order

Sir, I seek your indulgence on a double Point of Order. First Rule 29(1). The Rule states:
“A list of business for the day shall be prepared by the SecretaryGeneral, and a copy thereof shall be made available for the use of every member”
Sir, at the Business Advisory Committee meetings and all the meetings that we have with you, so far, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, besides the legislative business, one day is reserved for short duration discussion or calling attention motion.
Sir, the list of business does not have a short duration discussion this week nor does it have calling attention motion. Today is the last day of the week. So where do we get an opportunity to get our voice heard, Sir?
