Manish Gupta speaks about funds owed by Centre to Bengal for Cyclone Bulbul relief

Sir, you had mentioned the dues of the state. There was a Cyclone Bulbul. Everybody knows, more than 6 lakh people have been affected.
It is normal for the Centre to send a study team to visit the State; they have done that. A mutually-agreed sum of Rs 30,000 crore was promised. We have not yet received anything, so far.
