Nusrat Jahan asks a Question on allocation of 4G spectrum to BSNL

Due to the non availability of 4G spectrum, the revenue generation of BSNL is degrading and the organisation is getting weak day by day.
So my question to the Hon’ble Minister is whether the government has received any request from the BSNL management to allocate 4G spectrum to provide better data services to the consumes? If so, has the government taken any action in this regard? If not, why?
