Aparupa Poddar raises the demand of setting up a post office at Khanakul

Thank you, Speaker Sir. My name is Aparup Poddar. Through you, Sir, I want to appeal to the hon’ble minister for Communication & IT.
In my constituency, there is a place called Khanakul. There is a sub-post office at Khanakul Bazaar. There are many consumers there, Sir, out of which many are farmers and small traders. But the infrastructure of the sub-post office is not up to the mark. The postal department has land just 1-1.5 km away, Sir.
Hence, through you Sir, I appeal to the minister to set up a post office at Khanakul. It is a flood-prone area. The sub-post office, branch post office are in bad shape there.
A post office will bring relief to the rural people in the area, Sir. Thank you.
