Sir, I represent Howrah constituency. There are four level crossings between Shalimar and Santragachi stations in my constituency. Due to huge traffic jam at these crossings, it becomes very difficult for people, specially ambulances and patients.

I would urge the government, through you, to please construct an underpass, which will alleviate the sufferings of the people.
