After viral lyric video, Trinamool launches new ‘Prothom Vote’ music video
After the phenomenal response to the ‘Prothom Vote’ lyirc music video, Trinamool has now released a new music video for the song.
The music video was released after polling concluded on Monday, May 6. A group of young, boys and girls can be seen dancing to the rap song in this video.
It may be mentioned that the hook line of the song ‘Tomar Prothom Vote Banglar Pokkhe na Bipokkhe, Decision Nao’ (Take a decision where your first vote will be in favour of Bengal or not) was written by Trinamool Youth Congress National President and MP, Abhishek Banerjee. The rest of the lyrics have been written by, and the music composed by, Bengali rock sensation, Rupam.
Jaya Saha a student of a college in Kolkata, who appears in the video said: “I think this energetic, fresh video will be able to touch a chord with us in the young generation.”
