`We will continue to provide rice at Rs. 2 a Kg to people under BPL. It is the duty of the Central govt. to provide but if they back off from their responsibility and wash their hands off, then, I will continue to provide rice at Rs. 2 a Kg within whatever limited resources we have. I have a commitment and I will not back out` At public meeting, Karapara, Bankura March 20, 2013
