Hon. Chairperson Madam, I would like to inform the hon. Minister of Civil Aviation through you that my Cooch Behar district is the place of the Kings. There is an air base there from the time when it used to be part of a princely state, where flights used to operate for a long time. Since 2023, only a 9-seater plane has been operating. From next January 31, that airline has announced that they will no longer operate flights at that airport. That is, the entire airport will remain abandoned. I would like to inform you through you that Cooch Behar was once an independent state. Later, Cooch Behar was included in India. According to the status of that district, there is only one airport so that the flight services are not disrupted and so that people get the opportunity to have this flight service. I am making this request.
