The Bengal Mass Education and Library Service department will observe a two-day programme on August 30 and 31 to create awareness about the facilities that are available in 2,500 state libraries located in all the 20 districts of the state.

The sole purpose of the two-day programme is to make students of both state-run and private schools to develop the habit of reading and visiting libraries regularly.

The State Government has been observing August 30 as Public Library Day since 2013 to perpetuate the habit of reading books. The day is observed in all state-run libraries. In Kolkata, a function will be inaugurated by MoS (Independent Charge) for Mass Education and Library Services, at the state Central Library in Ultadanga.

On August 31, a function will be held at the Science City auditorium, which will be inaugurated by State Education Minister Partha Chatterjee.

On Public Library Day, a sit-and-draw competition for students, quiz competition and extempore speech contest will be held. There will be competition for senior citizens as well and all the winning candidates will be awarded prizes. There will be a rally in the morning to create awareness about book reading.

A seminar on “Importance of Reading and the Influence of Books in People’s Lives” will also take place. There will be a book reading session by eminent litterateurs, along with a book exhibition-cum-sale. An exhibition highlighting the achievements made by various departments of the state government like tourism, consumer affairs, technical education, information and cultural affairs will also be held.

দুদিন ব্যাপী গ্রন্থাগার উ९সব পালন করছে রাজ্য সরকার

২০টি জেলায় প্রায় ২৫০০টি গ্রন্থাগারে সুযোগ সুবিধা সম্পর্কে সচেতনতা প্রসারের জন্য আগামী ৩০ ও ৩১ আগস্ট জনশিক্ষা প্রচার এবং গ্রন্থাগার বিভাগ দু দিনের একটি কর্মসূচি পালন করবে।

বিভিন্ন সরকারি ও বেসরকারি স্কুলের ছাত্রছাত্রীদের নিয়মিত বই পড়া এবং লাইব্রেরি যাওয়ার অভ্যাস তৈরি করাই এই কর্মসূচির একমাত্র উদ্দেশ্য। ২০১৩ সাল থেকেই ৩০ আগস্ট গ্রন্থাগার দিবস হিসেবে পালন করছে রাজ্য সরকার। রাজ্যের সব পাঠাগারে এই দিনটি পালন করা হয়। কলকাতায় উল্টোডাঙ্গার সেন্ট্রাল লাইব্রেরিতে ওইদিন  একটি অনুষ্ঠানেরও আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।

৩১ আগস্ট, সায়েন্স সিটি অডিটোরিয়ামে একটি অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়েছে যার উদ্বোধন করবেন রাজ্যের শিক্ষামন্ত্রী পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায়। গ্রথাগার দিবসে ছাত্রছাত্রীদের জন্য একটি বসে আঁকো প্রতিযোগিতা, কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতা হবে। সেখানে প্রবীণ নাগরিকদের জন্য বেশকিছু প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন হবে। বিজয়ী প্রার্থীদের পুরস্কার দেওয়া হবে। বই পড়া সম্পর্কে সচেতনতা সৃষ্টির লক্ষ্যে সকাল থেকে একটি সমাবেশের আয়োজন করা হবে। এই সম্পর্কে একটি সেমিনারেরও আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।

West Bengal Assembly today passed a resolution to change the name of the State to Bangla in Bengali, Bangal in Hindi and Bengal in English. Terming this as historic, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee greeted the people of the State.

“I am sure people will be happy with the name ‘Bangla’ or Bengal. There was a need for ‘branding’ for Bengal. Our intention is to make Bengal the best in the world,” she said.

When asked if the new name will cause confusion with Bangladesh, CM replied: “There is a Punjab in Pakistan also. There is no confusion over Bangla and Bangladesh.”

She slammed the Opposition for playing politics over the name of the State. She said, “They have committed another historic blunder. Congress has become a frontal organisation of the CPI(M).”

Paying homage to the icons and stalwarts related to Bengal, she said in future the government will also come up with a logo for the State.

 

রাজ্যের নাম পাল্টে হল ‘বাংলা’ – ‘ঐতিহাসিক দিন’ বললেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী

পশ্চিমবঙ্গ বিধানসভায় আজ রাজ্যের নাম বদলের প্রস্তাব পাস হল। নতুন নাম বাংলায় ‘বাংলা’, ইংরেজিতে ‘বেঙ্গল’ এবং হিন্দিতে ‘বাঙ্গাল’। আজকের এই দিনটিকে ঐতিহাসিক আখ্যা দিয়ে রাজ্যবাসীকে তিনি শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন জানান।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, ‘আমি নিশ্চিত ‘বাংলা’ বা ‘বেঙ্গল’ এই নামকে মানুষ সমর্থন করবে এবং মানুষ এতে খুশি হবে। বাংলার ব্র্যান্ডিং এর দরকার ছিল। বাংলাকে বিশ্বসেরা করাই আমাদের লক্ষ্য’।

রাজ্যের নামের সঙ্গে বাংলাদেশের নামের বিভ্রান্তির প্রশ্নের জবাবে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, “পাকিস্তানেও একটি পাঞ্জাব আছে। বাংলা ও বাংলাদেশের মধ্যে কোন confusion নেই”।

বিরোধীদের সমালোচনা করে তিনি বলেন, “এটা দুর্ভাগ্যজনক যে রাজ্যের নাম বদল নিয়ে বিরোধীরা নোংরা রাজনীতি করছে।  এটা ওদের আর একটি ঐতিহাসিক ভুল। কংগ্রেস এখন সিপিএমের ফ্রন্টাল প্রতিষ্ঠানে পরিণত হয়েছে।”

যে সকল মনীষীরা যুগ যুগ ধরে বাংলাকে গর্বিত করেছে তাদের সকলকে শ্রদ্ধা জ্ঞাপন করে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন ভবিষ্যতে সরকার বাংলার একটি লোগো তৈরি করা হবে।

For those who want to enjoy nature amidst abundant sunlight, West Bengal Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation (WBHIDCO) is coming up with day cottages at its Eco Urban village.

Chairman of WBHIDCO said four day cottages would be set up in the Eco Urban village. The cottages would be made of straws. There will be ethnic furniture made out of simple style. The tourists can come in the morning, spend some time in the cottage and then go for cycling or enjoy the water body.

It may be recalled that WBHIDCO had organised some hitherto forgotten sports like guli (marble), dang guli, lattu (top) at the Eco Urban Village last year to give the youngsters a taste of the games that used to be played.

The Eco Urban village is situated close to Eco Park. The park has a huge water body and over 52 lakh people have visited the site since its inception.

 

 

ইকো আরবান ভিলেজে ডে কটেজ চালু করছে হিডকো

প্রকৃতিপ্রেমীদের জন্য ইকো আরবান ভিলেজে কটেজ তৈরি করছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ স্বরাষ্ট্র ও পরিকাঠামো উন্নয়ন কর্পোরেশন (WBHIDCO)।

হিডকোর চেয়ারম্যান জানিয়েছেন, ৪টি ডে কটেজ স্থাপিত হবে ইকো আরবান ভিলেজে। খড় দিয়ে তৈরি করা হবে এই কটেজ। সেখানে বেশ কিছু সুন্দর আসবাবপত্রও রাখা থাকবে। পর্যটকরা সকালে আসবেন, সেখনে কিছু সময় কাটাবেন। এছাড়া সাইকেল চালিয়ে তারা সমগ্র জায়গাটিও উপভোগ করতে পারবেন।

যুবকদের উ९সাহিত করার জন্য, গত বছর হিডকো বেশ কিছু খেলা যেমন – গুলি, ডাংগুলি, লাট্টু ইত্যদির আয়োজন করেছিল।

এই ইকো আরবান ভিলেজ ইকো পার্কের খুব কাছেই অবস্থিত। পার্কটিতে একটি বৃহ९ জলাশয় রয়েছে এবং প্রায় ৫২ লক্ষ মানুষ এই জায়গাটি পরিদর্শন করতে পারে।

The state Cabinet led by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has decided to widen the port based industrialisation adding sharp edge in the business scenario in the state.

The development of robust infrastructure, exploring various opportunities in consultation with global analytical firms and development of inland waterways to optimally leverage its maritime advantages are already underway by the state commerce and industry department and West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Limited (WBIDC) in deep sea port at Tajpur, major deep sea port at Sagar island and new port with ship building facility at Kulpi.

The state government has already announced a thumping Rs 16,000 crore of investment and 10,000 direct job creations at Tajpur port and port led industry circuit.

 

 

পোর্ট ভিত্তিক শিল্পায়নের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে রাজ্য সরকার

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নেতৃত্বে রাজ্য মন্ত্রিসভা রাজ্যের ব্যবসার বিস্তীর্ণ করার জন্য পোর্ট ভিত্তিক শিল্পায়নের সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।

পরিকাঠামো উন্নয়ন এবং অন্তর্দেশীয় জলপথ সন্তোষজনক করার জন্য ইতিমধ্যে গভীর সমুদ্র বন্দর তৈরির সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে রাজ্য। বাণিজ্য ও শিল্প বিভাগ এবং পশ্চিমবঙ্গ শিল্প উন্নয়ন কর্পোরেশন লিমিটেড (WBIDC) ইতিমধ্যেই তাজপুরে গভীর সমুদ্র বন্দর, সাগর দ্বীপে সমুদ্র বন্দর এবং কুলপিতেও জাহাজ নির্মাণ সংস্থাসহ গভীর সমুদ্রবন্দর তৈরি করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।

রাজ্য সরকার ইতিমধ্যেই তাজপুরে ১৬,০০০ কোটি টাকার প্রকল্প ঘোষণা করেছে। প্রথম দফায় ১০,০০০ কোটি টাকা এবং দ্বিতীয় দফায় ৬,০০০ কোটি টাকা বিনিয়োগ করা হবে। এই প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে প্রায় ১০,০০০ কর্মসংস্থান হবে।

West Bengal Chief Minister has instructed all district administrations to conduct a week-long ‘Cleanliness Drive’ till September 5 (Teachers’ Day). She made an announcement about the drive after the administrative review meeting at Chopra in North Dinajpur on August 24, 2016.

The ‘Cleanliness Drive’ will be taken up in all the blocks, from cities to the rural areas.

The State has been undertaking social awareness programmes like ‘Safe Drive, Save Life’ and ‘Mission Nirmal Bangla’, all of which have met huge success. West Bengal has secured the top position in the country with ‘Mission Nirmal Bangla’.

The Chief Minister has requested all clubs, Puja committees, students, intellectuals and other organisations to participate in the ‘Cleanliness Drive’.

 

‘পরিচ্ছন্ন বাংলা’ গড়ার ডাক মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর

‘সেফ ড্রাইভ, সেভ লাইফ’-এ অভূতপূর্ব সাফল্যের পর এবার পরিচ্ছন্ন বাংলা গড়তে বিশেষ অভিযানে নামছে রাজ্য৷ মঙ্গলবার উত্তর দিনাজপুরের চোপড়ায় প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক শেষে এমনটাই জানিয়েছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়৷ আজ থেকে গোটা রাজ্যজুড়েই শুরু হচ্ছে এই বিশেষ সাফাই অভিযান৷ চলবে ৫ সেপ্টেম্বর, শিক্ষক দিবস পর্যন্ত৷ সাতদিন ধরে রাজ্যের প্রতিটি ব্লক, শহর থেকে গ্রামাঞ্চলে পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতায় ওই অভিযান হবে৷

এর আগে ঢাকঢোল পিটিয়ে ‘স্বচ্ছ ভারত’ অভিযানের ডাক দিয়েছিলেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী৷ কিন্তু দু’বছর পর তা শুধু স্লোগানই থেকে গিয়েছে৷ সেখানে দাঁড়িয়ে পরিচ্ছন্ন বাংলা গড়ে তুলতে কার্যত চ্যালেঞ্জ নিলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী৷ এর আগে সৌন্দর্যায়ন কর্মসূচিতে যথেষ্ট সাফল্য পেয়েছে রাজ্য৷ সাফল্য এসেছে সবুজায়নের কর্মসূচিতেও৷

প্রসঙ্গত, কিছুদিন আগেই দুর্ঘটনা রুখতে ‘সেফ ড্রাইভ, সেভ লাইফ’ অভিযান শুরু হয়েছে বাংলায়৷ সেই অভিযানে যে পরিমাণ উৎসাহ, উদ্দীপনা ও অংশগ্রহণ দেখা গিয়েছে তাতে অনুপ্রাণিত হয়েই এবার এই পরিচ্ছন্নতার অভিযান শুরু করতে চলেছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী৷ স্কুল ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের পাশাপাশি ক্লাব, পুজো কমিটিগুলিকেও এই অভিযানে এগিয়ে আসার আহ্বান জানিয়েছেন তিনি৷

নির্মল বাংলা অভিযানে ইতিমধ্যেই দেশের সেরা হয়েছে রাজ্য৷ এই প্রকল্পে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের পুরস্কার জিতেছে বাংলার একাধিক জেলা৷ এবার পরিচ্ছন্ন বাংলা গড়তে নয়া উদ্যোগ মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর৷

In a bid to ensure that residents of “chitmahals” can channelise water for agriculture using “free of cost” power, The West Bengal Government is setting up solar based water pumping units in all the 51 enclaves that came under India.

The step is aimed to make the people residing in the enclaves self dependent. The project is a brainchild of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and the state irrigation department has taken necessary initiatives to let people get benefitted as early as possible.

A total of 212 units will be set up in the enclaves in phase-I, benefitting 6360 families. Each of the units has the capacity of channelising water on 80 to 100 bighas of land.

They can also fill up small plots of low lands in the area using the units to initiate pisciculture.

 

৫১টি ছিটমহল এবার কৃষিকাজের জন্য সৌর ভিত্তিক পাম্পিং ইউনিট পাবে

ছিটমহলবাসীরা যাতে কৃষিকাজের জন্য পর্যাপ্ত জল পেতে পারে সেজন্য ৫১টি ছিটমহল এলাকায় সৌরভিত্তিক পাম্পিং ইউনিট চালু করছে রাজ্য সরকার।

ছিটমহলবাসীদের স্বনির্ভর করাই আসল উদ্দেশ্য। প্রকল্পটি মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের। তার এই স্বপ্নের প্রকল্পটি বাস্তবায়ন করার জন্য রাজ্য সেচ দপ্তর বেশ কিছু প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছে এর ফলে এলাকার মানুষ খুব শীঘ্রই উপকৃত হবে।

প্রথম দফায় ২১২টি ইউনিট স্থাপন করা হবে এর ফলে প্রায় ৬৩৬০ পরিবার উপকৃত হবে। প্রতিটি ইউনিটের ৮০-১০০ বিঘা জমিতে জল দেওয়ার ক্ষমতা থাকবে।

মাছ চাষের জন্য তারা ছোট ছোট জমিগুলো ব্যবহার করতে পারে।

For the first time in the history of West Bengal, the state government has taken a step to create a “comprehensive” database of the nature of soil by conducting 6.5 lakh soil sample tests in the current fiscal. This database will let farmers know the correct measures which are needed to be taken for a better yield.

The state agriculture department has decided to introduce new updated machines for soil testing. The initial process is already over and the new machines will be introduced in villages, soon.

The updated machine of soil testing will get more tests done within a short span of time and will be in place after analysing the results by trial and error method.

West Bengal had received the Krishi Karman award in agriculture for four consecutive years after Mamata Banerjee led Maa, Mati, Manush government assumed office.

Sabujshree: WB Govt to name saplings after every newborn girl child

West Bengal has created another milestone by introducing a scheme in which a sapling will be named after a new born girl child. The State Government has decided to plant a sapling with the birth of every girl child in the State.

How the scheme works

The Forest department has already talked to the chief medical officers of health in the districts for the smooth implementation of the project. Saplings would be given to the family of a new born girl child during their release from the hospitals. The baby’s parents would be urged to name the sapling on the name of the newly born girl.

Initially, the saplings would be distributed to girl child but later they would also be given to the mothers of a boy child as well. An awareness campaign has also been undertaken by the forest department officials at block level.

Benefits of the scheme

As per the available data, nearly 15 lakh girl children are born in the state in a year. If a family gets a sapling from the forest department and nurtures it after naming it by the name of their baby, around 15 lakh saplings could be planted throughout the state every year.

‘সবুজ শ্রী’: শিশু কন্যাদের নামে গাছের নাম রাখার প্রকল্প রাজ্য সরকারের

পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য সরকারের আরও একটি মাইলস্টোন প্রকল্প চালু হচ্ছে – ‘সবুজ শ্রী’। এই প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে শিশু কন্যাদের জন্মের পর তাদের নামে একটি করে গাছ রোপণ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে রাজ্য সরকার।

প্রকল্পের কার্যকারিতা  

এই প্রকল্পের সার্থক রূপায়নের জন্য বন দপ্তরের আধিকারিকরা ইতিমধ্যেই জেলার মেডিকেল অফিসারদের সঙ্গে কথা বলেছেন। হাসপাতাল থেকে ছাড়ার সময় প্রত্যেক শিশু কন্যার পরিবারকে একটি করে চারা গাছ দেওয়া হবে এবং বাবা-মায়েদের তাদের সন্তানের নামে চারাগাছগুলির নাম রাখার কথা বলা হবে।

প্রাথমিকভাবে, চারাগাছগুলি কন্যা সন্তানদের বিতরণ করা হবে পাশাপাশি পুত্র সন্তানের মায়েদেরও একটি করে চারাগাছ দেওয়া হবে। এছাড়া ব্লক পর্যায়ে বন বিভাগের কর্মকর্তারা একটি সচেতনতামূলক প্রচারণা চালাচ্ছে।

প্রকল্পের উপকারিতা

তথ্য অনুযায়ী, বছরে প্রায় ১৫ লক্ষ কন্যা সন্তানের জন্ম হয় রাজ্যে। যদি কোন একটি পরিবার বন বিভাগের কাছ থেকে একটি চারাগাছ পায় এবং তাদের শিশুর নাম দ্বারা এটির নামকরণ করে তাহলে  প্রতি বছর রাজ্য জুড়ে প্রায় ১৫ লক্ষ চারা রোপণ করা সম্ভব হবে।

A life size bronze statue of Mother Teresa was unveiled on her 106th birth anniversary by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at Archbishop’s House in Park Street. The inauguration of the statue comes ahead of her Canonisation on September 4th. Referring it as a land mark day, she said, “It’s a historic moment for all of us.”

The CM said, “I am excited to be a part of the event in Rome. I don’t need a first row seat. I will not go there as a part of State delegation but will be a member of Missionaries of Charity. I will sit with them and witness the moment when Mother will be announced as Saint”.

Remembering her moments with Mother Teresa, Mamata Banerjee said, “I feel lucky and fortunate for having met Mother on several occasions. I specially remember two of my encounters with her. Missionary of Charity had an institution in Mathpukur area in Kolkata. Some hooligans were using their power to encroach the institute. I got a call at 11pm at night, it was Mother on the line saying, Mamata can you come. I went sat there with my people for whole night. We were successful to save the institute. It was like a big victory for me as Mother was happy,” she said.

Revisiting her memories when she and Mother had worked together during 1992 riots the chief minister said, “I along with mother had seen the ugly face of riots in Bengal in 1992. The situation was highly intensified, when Mother saw me on road she had asked me, how I was out on the road when the situation was so intensified. She herself was there on the street serving the people yet she asked me if I was fine. I remember so many incidents that touched my heart and made me a better human being.”

 

কলকাতায় মাদার টেরেসার মূর্তি উন্মোচন করলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী

মাদার টেরেসার জন্মবার্ষিকী উপলক্ষে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় পার্ক স্ট্রিটে আর্চবিশপের বাড়িতে মাদার টেরেসার মূর্তি উন্মোচন করলেন।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, “১৯৯২ দাঙ্গার সময় উনি পথে নেমে মানুষের জন্য কাজ করেছিলেন। সমাজের দরিদ্র, নিপীড়িত মানুষের জন্য কাজ করতেন মাদার।”

“মাদারের দূরদর্শিতার জন্য মানুষ ওনাকে মনে রাখবেন,” বলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী।

আগামী ৪ সেপ্টেম্বর ভ্যাটিকান সিটিতে পোপ ফ্রান্সিসের সভাপতিত্বে ক্যাথলিক চার্চে মাদার টেরেসাকে ‘সন্ত’ উপাধি দেওয়া হবে। মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর নেতৃত্বে বাংলার এক প্রতিনিধি দল সেই অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত থাকবে।

মাদার টেরেসা স্মরণে নন্দনে একটি চলচ্চিত্র উৎসবের আয়োজন করা হয়েছে। ২৩টি ফিল্ম এখানে দেখানো হবে। ২৬ আগস্ট থেকে ২৯ আগস্ট পর্যন্ত চলবে এই চলচ্চিত্র উৎসব।

“Not armed struggle but all round development is the key issue in the hills”, said Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee after warning people who were engaged in creating disturbance saying that “law will take its own course”.

“Such armed struggle is not expected in democracy and any attempt to weaken law and order situation will be dealt with seriously,” she said before leaving Sukna on her way back to Kolkata.

She said: “I want hill to come forward. But despite wishing for something we cannot do many things. The reason being there is GTA. But we are doing as much as work we can do from outside.”

Taking a dig at the Centre once again, Banerjee said: “Sometimes Delhi also extends support. But I am not in favour of armed struggle. I always favour nothing but development. Often, there were attempts to create such problems in the hills. But we must keep in mind that these are not expected in democracy and law will take its own course.”

সশস্ত্র আন্দোলন কাম্য নয়ঃ মুখ্যমন্ত্রী

যারা আন্দোলন করে পাহাড়ের শান্তি শৃঙ্খলা নষ্ট করছে তাদেরকে সতর্ক করে এদিন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বলেন, “সশস্ত্র সংগ্রাম নয়, পাহাড়ের উন্নয়নই মূল লক্ষ”।

এদিন সুকনা থেকে কলকাতা ফেরার আগে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন,”এই ধরনের সশস্ত্র সংগ্রাম গণতান্ত্রিক দেশে কাম্য নয়। আইন-শৃঙ্খলা পরিস্থিতি দুর্বল করার কোনরকম চেষ্টাকে বরদাস্ত করা হবে না”।

তিনি বলেন, “আমি চাই পাহাড়ের মানুষ মূলস্রোতের সঙ্গে থেকে পাহাড়কে ভালবাসুন, সামাজিক সব কাজে অংশ নিন। পাহাড়ের আরও উন্নয়ন হোক। অনেক কিছু করার ইচ্ছে থাকলেও আমরা তা করতে পারছি না জি টি এ র কারণে। কিন্তু বাইরে থেকে যতটা সম্ভব ততটা কাজ আমরা করছি”।

কেন্দ্র প্রসঙ্গে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, “কখনো দিল্লিও ওদের সমর্থন করছে। কিন্তু আমি সশস্ত্র সংগ্রামের পক্ষে নই। আমি উন্নয়নের পক্ষপাতী। প্রায়ই পাহাড়ে বিভিন্ন সমস্যার সৃষ্টি করা হচ্ছে কিন্তু আমাদের এটা সবসময় মাথায় রাখা উচিত যে এই ধরণের কাজ গণতন্ত্রে এটা আশা করা যায় না। সশস্ত্র আন্দোলন হলে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে”।
