Saugata Roy makes a Point of Order on obstructions by ruling party members in Lok Sabha

Sir, from yesterday, even when I spoke, I have been noticing that the Members of the ruling party are using the ‘Green Book’ without any reference or understanding, to impede the Opposition’s right to protest.
Yesterday, I spoke on the Election Commission. Where in this ‘Green Book’ is it mentioned that the Election Commission cannot be discussed? They raised their point. Ram Janmabhoomi – 2.77 acres – where is it written that Ram Janmabhoomi cannot be discussed? (They are raising) only bogus points.
Mr Nishikant Dubey is the task-master and has been put up by the ruling party to obstruct the Opposition Members. Rajiv Pratap Rudy is his colleague, and they together are obstructing the freedom of speech of the Opposition. I strongly condemn the wrongful invocation of Rule 352.
