`I recall the days of the Singur movement after coming here today. I have taken a few important decisions in the meeting. I will lay the foundation stone of a college to be constructed on five acres of land. Also I proposed Rs. 8,000 as subsidy for 31,000 farmers as expenses to run electricity pumps instead of diesel owing to price hike` At Singur, West Bengal Nov. 30, 2012
