People keeping faith on their Didi: Abhishek Banerjee
Mamata Banerjee inaugurated the ‘Didike Bolo’ mass communication campaign on July 29. Taking the youths of the State along, All India Trinamool Youth Congress President Abhishek Banerjee today began a programme of deepening the impact of the campaign.
Towards that end, the youth president has asked the youth to take a more active part in the Didike Bolo campaign.
Not just solving their own problems, even for knowing the methods for applying for the benefits of developmental schemes like Yuvashree, Sikshashree, Sabooj Sathi, Swasthya Sathi or the numerous others, people are relying on Didike Bolo. Everyone, from various State Government administrative heads to the ordinary people, is hoping for Didi to solve their problems.
Keeping their faiths on their own Didi, in only one month, more than 10 lakh people have dialled 91370 91370, and their faith in Didi has paid off, as proven by the smiles on the faces of the people, said Abhishek Banerjee.
That Didi is always there for the Maa-Mati-Manush of Bangla has been proved once again. The next step is to spread Didike Bolo more widely among the youth and students, and it is they themselves who have to carry this project forward.
The ultimate aim of Didi is to keep the citizens of the State happy and contented – this is the message that the youth under the leadership of Abhsihek Banerjee is trying to deliver to the people.
