`We will open more fair-price-medicine-shops in the State, few are already functioning. I feel life saving drugs must be sold at an affordable price. These will be open 24-hours and all can avail of the facility. We will increase beds. An Emergency Observation Ward and 11-Mother Child Hub will be introduced` Inauguration of fair-price-medicine-shops at SSKM, Kolkata Jan 22, 2013
