Today I was present in a programme organised by our government on providing assistance for housing to 5 lakh people in one go at Netaji Indoor Stadium.
We have already provided assistance to more than 25 lakh families in the state to have their own houses over the last 6 years. Due to such performance, Bengal has been among the top states and No 1 in the country in rural housing sector.
