Bangla Govt procuring paddy at MSP from Nov 1
From November 1, the Bengal Government has established 325 centralised procurement centres (CPC) in different regions of every district across the State for procuring paddy in the kharif marketing season (KMS) 2018-19, at the minimum support price (MSP) of Rs 1,750 per quintal.
Farmers will get an incentive of Rs 20 per quintal if they sell their paddy at these CPCs. The locations of the CPCs and other details are available at www.wbpds.gov.in and can also be obtained by calling the following toll-free numbers: 18003455505, 1967.
