Football fever is peaking in Bengal, what with the FIFA Under-17 World Cup being organised in Kolkata, which is one of the six venues across India, and also the venue for the final. Along with football, fish is another favourite of Bengalis.

Giving occasion to celebrate the combination of favourites – football and fish – the West Bengal Fisheries Development Corporation (WBFDC) is organising a fish festival across all its restaurants in Kolkata. The festival has been named after Gostho Paul, the first Bengali football icon of the country.

According to an official of WBFDC, the World Cup special menu has been named Football Fever and will be available from October 8 to 28 at select stalls, including the restaurants at Nalban, Eco Park, the State Secretariat, Nabanna and other places. It is priced at Rs 399 per plate.

The Football Fever thali (platter) comprises special jeera rice, googlie (a kind of pond snail) dribble, cooked in the style of fish kabiraji, googlie chop, crab crossbar, prawn malaikari and another prawn preparation named after football, Venmai penalty, which is prawn cooked with parsley leaves and lemon. Another dish, a variation of a Middle Eastern preparation, is also available and is called Ombuck Mustard Kick. To round it off, a dessert in the form of a sandesh named after the apex world football body, FIFA, has been added.

 

অনূর্ধ্ব ১৭ বিশ্বকাপ উপলক্ষে মৎস্য উৎসবের সূচনা রাজ্য সরকারের

ভারতের আর ৬টি শহরের মত কলকাতায় অনুষ্ঠিত হচ্ছে অনূর্ধ্ব ১৭ বিশ্বকাপ ফুটবল। কলকাতায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে কোয়ার্টার ফাইনাল, তৃতীয় স্থান ও ফাইনালের মতো উল্লেখযোগ্য খেলা। তাই, ফুটবল বিশ্বকাপকে কেন্দ্র করে এই শহরে এখন টান টান উত্তেজনা।

ফুটবলের মত বাঙালির আরেক প্রিয় জিনিস হল মাছ। বিশ্বকাপকে মাথায় রেখে রাজ্য সরকারের মৎস্য দপ্তর আয়োজন করেছে মৎস্য উৎসবের। মৎস্য দপ্তর রাজ্যে তাদের সব রেস্তোরাঁগুলোতে এই উৎসবের আয়োজন করেছে। এই উৎসবের নাম রাখা হয়েছে ভারতের প্রথম বাঙালী ফুটবলের প্রাণপুরুষ গোষ্ঠ পালের নামে।

বিশ্বকাপের জন্য যে স্পেশ্যাল মেনু করা হয়েছে, তার নাম রাখা হয়েছে ‘ফুটবল ফিভার’। এই মেনুর খাবার পাওয়া যাবে অক্টোবরের ২৮ তারিখ পর্যন্ত। এই রেস্তরাঁগুলো আছে নলবনে, ইকো পার্ক, স্টেট সেক্রেটারিয়েট, নবান্নে ও অন্যান্য স্থানে। এই স্পেশ্যাল মেনুর খাবারের দাম রাখা হয়েছে ৩৯৯ টাকা প্রতি প্লেট।

এই স্পেশ্যাল থালিতে থাকছে, জিরা রাইস, ফিস কবিরাজির আদলে রান্না করা গুগলি, গুগলির চপ, কাঁকড়ার একটি পদ, চিংড়ির মালাইকারি, আরেকটি চিংড়ির পদ যার নাম ফুটবলের নামে রাখা হয়েছে, ভেনমাই পেনাল্টি।

আরেকটি মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের থালি তৈরি করা হয়েছে, নাম দেওয়া হয়েছে ওম্বাক মাস্তার্ড কিক। এই দুটি থালির শেষেই থাকবে একটি বিশেষ ধরনের সন্দেশ, যার নাম রাখা হয়েছে, ফিফা।

The Bengal Government has arranged for water pouches free of cost for the spectators going to the Vivekananda Yuva Bharati Krirangan (VYBK) to watch the FIFA Under-17 World Cup matches. The pouches are available at ‘May I Help You’ kiosks inside the stadium.

Another measure taken by the government for the ease of spectators is allowing them to carry raincoats, since there is prediction of rain during the duration of the tournament.

These measures are among the many which have made the World Cup a much pleasurable experience for all concerned.

 

যুবভারতীতে দর্শকদের জলের পাউচ দেবে রাজ্য

ফিফা অনূর্ধ্ব ১৭ বিশ্বকাপে বিনা পয়সায় জলের পাউচ বিলি করবে রাজ্য সরকার। স্টেডিয়ামের ভিতরে ‘মে আই হেল্প ইউ’ কিয়স্ক থেকে সেই পাউচ সংগ্রহ তৈরি করতে পারবেন খেলা দেখতে আসা দর্শকরা।

খেলার দিনগুলিতে বৃষ্টির পূর্বাভাষ থাকায় ম্যাচ দেখতে আসা দর্শকদের যাতে কোনওরকম অসুবিধা না হয়, সেই দিকে তাকিয়ে মাঠে বর্ষাতি নিয়ে প্রবেশ করার ছাড়পত্র মিলছে দর্শকদের।

A state-wide protest was organised today by the Trinamool Congress against the politics of negativity being carried on by the BJP, including causing riots and indulging in destructive activities.

Kolkata as well as the major towns and cities across Bengal saw huge protest marches, led by senior party leaders. In Kolkata, leaders like Partha Chatterjee, Subrata Mukherjee and others led protests at multiple locations in Kolkata like Behala, Gariahat, Hazra, etc.

At Behala, Partha Chatterjee addressed the crowd of marchers. He said that these protests are the people’s way of expressing their disgust for the way the BJP has been trying to create trouble in Bengal.

He said that Trinamool has information that the BJP is trying to create trouble in the Hills. The things their leaders are saying and doing shows that they do not want to abide by the Constitution. The way they are trying to support the GJM proves that. The people of Bengal have rejected Bimal Gurung as well as BJP. Partha Chatterjee said that Bimal Gurung needs to be arrested immediately.

“Let them (BJP) start a democratic protest against us, and we will counter that. But the way Mamata Banerjee’s image is being insulted in the most malicious manner, is not expected. We will give our lives but will not allow any disrespect to Mamata Banerjee.”

He further said that BJP may want to turn to violence, but Trinamool wants to point towards the development it has brought to Bengal.

“Today, we have been forced to bring out this protest march. Day after they, they have been threatening us with dire consequences. But then that is the only thing they can do. Neither do they have the support of the people nor any message of development. They are marching with tridents (trishul), swords and other weapons.”

“We led a long, hard democratic movement to remove a 34-year-old government from power, and we are continuing to work in a democratic manner, abiding by the rule of law. Hence, I want to congratulate everyone who has joined this protest today on behalf of Mamata Banerjee.”

“They brought anti-people measures like demonetisation. They did not pay heed to the problems pointed out by us before implementing GST. We had predicted that the country’s economy would be hampered badly because of demonetisation, and we have been proved true.”

“That BJP is a violent party has been proved over time; their mask of civility has been torn apart. It was proved again by yesterday’s incidents in Kolkata what kind of party it is.”

He ended by saying that Trinamool Congress was, is and will continue to be with the people of Bengal, who have given a huge thumbs-up to Mamata Banerjee’s message of growth and development.

বিজেপি যে দাঙ্গা, বিভাজন ও ধ্বংসের রাজনীতি রাজ্যে চালাচ্ছে তার বিরুদ্ধে আজ রাজ্য জুড়ে প্রতিবাদ কর্মসূচী পালন করে তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস। বর্ষীয়ান নেতারা কলকাতা সহ সারা রাজ্যে বিভিন্ন শহরে এই বিক্ষোভ কর্মসূচীর অঙ্গ হিসেবে আয়োজিত পদযাত্রার নেতৃত্ব দেন। অগণিত তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস কর্মী ও সমর্থকেরা এইসব পদযাত্রায় অংশ নেন। কলকাতায় পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায়, সুব্রত মুখোপাধ্যায় ও অন্যান্য নেতৃত্বেরা কলকাতার বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলে যেমন বেহালা, গড়িয়াহাট, হাজরায় প্রতিবাদ মিছিলের নেতৃত্ব দেন।

বেহালায় পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায় মিছিলে অংশ নেওয়া মানুষদের উদ্দেশ্যে ভাষণ দেন। তিনি বলেন, “বিজেপি কোনও কোনও অংশে সাম্প্রদায়িক বিষ ছড়াচ্ছে। গুরুংকে প্রত্যাখান করেছে বাংলার মানুষ, পাহাড়ে গিয়ে গুরুঙ্গের সঙ্গে কথা বলছে। যে গুরুংকে রাষ্ট্রদোহিতার আইনে খোঁজা হচ্ছে। এমপি যিনি দার্জিলিং থেকে জিতেছেন, গুরুংদের ভরসায় তিনি যে ধরনের কথা বলছেন, তাঁকে ও গুরুংকে আলাদা করা যায় না। যিনি সংবিধানের শপথ নিয়েছেন, তিনি সংবিধানকে লঙ্ঘিত করছেন। গণতান্ত্রিক ভাবে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের বিরুদ্ধে আন্দোলন করুক, কিন্তু যে কায়দায় মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের ছবিকে বিকৃত করা হচ্ছে, অসম্মান জানানো হচ্ছে, আমাদের ব্লকের সভাপতি তার জবাব দেবেন। আমরা সরাসরি নরেন্দ্র মোদী ও অমিত শাহ’কে জানিয়ে দিতে চাই, ঘাস ফুলকে কাটবেন না, যতই কাটে তৃণমূল ততই বাড়ে। যেখানে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের অসম্মান হবে, আমরা প্রাণ দোবো জান দোবো, তবু পদ্মফুলে ছাপ দিয়ে ডেকে আনবো না কুমিরকে। এরা আগুন লাগাতে চায়, আমরা গণতান্ত্রিক ভাবে লড়তে চাই। এরা বোমা ছুঁড়ে ক্ষমতা দখল করতে চায়, আমরা উন্নয়ন দেখিয়ে মানুষের মন জয় করতে চাই।”

তিনি আরও বলেন, “যখন উন্নয়নের বাণী নেই, তখন অস্ত্র নিয়ে রাজনীতি করার চেষ্টা করছে। ৩৪বছরের অপশাসনকে অপসারিত করে বাংলার মানুষ মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়কে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী করেছেন। সংবিধান মেনে রাজ্যের হাতে যে ক্ষমতা আছে, আমরা তার মধ্যে থেকেই কাজ করতে চাইছি। যারা গণ্ডগোল করছেন, তাদের বলতে চাই বাংলার মাটি দুর্জয় ঘাঁটি। আজ আমরা শুধু এই প্রতিবাদে পথে নামলাম। জিএসটি-তে আমাদের কথা শোনা হচ্ছে না, নোটবন্দিতে বলেছিলাম আর্থিক অবস্থা খারাপ হবে, আজ তা খারাপ হয়েছে। বিজেপি যে গুণ্ডাবাজ, দাঙ্গাবাজ আজ সেই মুখোশ খুলে পড়েছে। আমরা উন্নয়নের মাধ্যমে বাংলার মানুষের সাথে আছি।”

The sports infrastructure in Bengal during the last six years, under the leadership of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has improved significantly.

The Department of Youth Services and Sports has undertaken a lot of programmes on the education, health, employment and holistic mental and physical development of students and the youth.
Development of playgrounds: Financial assistance given to 331 institutions/ organisations

Setting up of multi-gyms: Financial assistance given to 2,244 institutions / organisations

Construction of mini indoor games facilities: Financial assistance given to 635 institutions/ organisations

Tournaments: Organisation of Annual Youth Festivals and Jangalmahal Cup, and financial assistance to police authorities for conducting the Sunderban Cup and Himal-Tarai Dooars Sports Festival.

Mountaineering and adventure sports: Encouraging the youth to take up mountaineering and adventure sports activities under the aegis of the West Bengal Mountaineering and Adventure Sports Foundation (WBMASF). During the last six years, 18 mountaineers from the state have conquered Mt Everest (compare this to only 4 from 1947 to May 2011). Stringent rules have been framed to select the climbers for Mt Everest and other 8000 metres above peaks. Through the department, rock climbing courses, coastal trekking, mountaineering expeditions, mountaineering courses at the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI) in Darjeeling, assistance to mountaineering clubs, etc. are organised. Radhanath Sikdar and Tenzing Norgay Adventure Awards and Chhanda Gayen Bravery Award have been introduced, and are given every year.

Bangla Yuba Kendra: To create a healthy socio-cultural ambience, a three-tier organisation (block-level, district-level and state-level) named Bangla Yuba Kendra has been set up to coordinate the different programmes of this department.

Budgetary allocation: The Plan Expenditure has increased by multiple times in the last six years – from Rs 5.52 crore during 2010-11 to Rs 185.3 crore during 2016-17 in the case of Youth Services and from Rs 29.29 crore during 2010-11 to Rs 237.21 crore during 2016-17 in the case of Sports.

Building of stadiums and sports complexes: Stadiums in Nayagram (Jhargram district), Salboni (Paschim Medinipur district), Memari and Bhatar (Purba Bardhaman district), Onda (Bankura district), Islampur (Uttar Dinajpur) and Uluberia (Howrah district), Archery Academy in Jhargram district, swimming pools in Baruipur and Canning (South 24 Parganas district), sports academy (including stadium) in Khatra (Bankura district), sports complexes (including stadiums) in Barrackpore and Naihati (North 24 Parganas district), and sports complex at Tala Park in Kolkata.

Renovation and modernisation of sports infrastructure: Flood lighting and renovation of the Mohun Bagan, East Bengal and Mohammedan Sporting grounds in Kolkata, flood lighting of Kanchenjungha Stadium in Siliguri, renovation of Lebong Stadium in Darjeeling, the indoor stadium at Rajbati Stadium Complex in Cooch Behar, Howrah Municipal Corporation Stadium, Eastern Ground in Chinsura, the swimming pool in Barijhati (both in Hooghly district) and Jhargram Stadium, upgradation and renovations of Bolpur and Suri Stadiums (Birbhum district), Ranaghat, Shantipur, Krishnagar,Kalyani and Nabadwip Stadiums (Nadia district), and Spandan Sports Ground at Kalna Aghorenath Park Stadium (Purba Bardhaman), construction of Balurghat Indoor Sports Complex (Dakshin Dinajpur district), construction and renovation of stadiums in Diamond Harbour Sports Complex and Kultali Dr BR Ambedkar College (South 24 Parganas district), renovation of Aurobindo Stadium (Purba Medinipur district), construction of Rakhal Memorial Sports Complex (Purba Medinipur district) and indoor stadium and sports hostel in Purulia and Kashipore Stadium (Purulia district), and the development of DSA Stadium, Brindabani Park and Satya Chowdhuri Indoor Stadium in Malda.

Management and monitoring of sporting activities: Management and monitoring of sporting activities in the districts to achieve the goals of district and sub-divisional sports councils.

Awards: Khel Samman to 89 present sportspersons, Banglar Gourab awards to 114 retired sportspersons, Kriraguru Sammans to 34 eminent coaches and Lifetime Achievement Awards to eight eminent sports personalities.

FIFA Under-17 World Cup: Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan (VYBK) has been upgraded and beautified for the FIFA Under-17 World Cup matches to be held there.

 

 

ছ’বছরে ক্রীড়াক্ষেত্রে অভূতপূর্ব উন্নতি বাংলার

 

২০১১ সালে তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস ক্ষমতায় আসার পর থেকেই যুগান্তকারী পরিবর্তন এসেছে বাংলার ক্রীড়ার চিত্রপটে। শুধু খেলোয়াড়দের সম্বর্ধনা দেওয়া নয়, গড়ে উঠছে খেলোয়াড় তৈরি হবার পরিকাঠামো। খুলে গেছে আরও নতুন খেলার দিক।

জেলার খেলাধুলোর পরিচালন ও নজরদারিতে যুব কল্যাণ এবং ক্রীড়া দপ্তর গুরুত্ব দিয়েছে এবং লক্ষ্য অর্জনে জেলা ও মহকুমা স্পোর্টস কাউন্সিলগুলিকে পুনর্গঠন ও কার্যকরী করে তুলেছে।

অতীত এবং বর্তমান কৃতী ক্রীড়া ব্যাক্তিত্বদের কৃতিত্ব অর্জনের স্বীকৃতি জানানো রাজ্যের যুব কল্যাণ এবং এবং ক্রীড়া বিভাগের পরিকল্পনায় রয়েছে। ‘খেল সম্মান’ দ্বারা ৮৯ জন বর্তমান খেলোয়াড়, ‘বাংলার গৌরব’ সম্মানে ১১৪ জন অতীত খেলোয়াড়, ‘ক্রীড়াগুরু’ সম্মানে ৩৪ জন প্রখ্যাত কোচ এবং ‘লাইফটাইম অ্যাচিভমেন্ট অ্যাওয়ার্ডে’ ৮ জন প্রখ্যাত ব্যাক্তিত্বকে এই সময়কালের ভিতর সম্মাননা জ্ঞাপন করা হয়েছে।

রাজ্যের ৮৩৬৩ ক্লাবকে যুব কল্যাণ এবং ক্রীড়া বিভাগ খেলাধুলা এবং স্থায়ী সম্পদের জন্য আর্থিক সহায়তা দান করেছে। রাজ্য পর্যায়ের স্পোর্টস অ্যাসোসিয়েশনগুলিকে প্রত্যেক খেলাধুলোর জন্যও ৫লক্ষ টাকা হারে আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদান করা হয়েছে।

যুব কল্যাণ এবং ক্রীড়া দপ্তর সুন্দরবন কাপ, হিমাল-তরাই ডুয়ার্স ক্রীড়া উৎসব আয়োজনের জন্যও পুলিশ কর্তৃপক্ষকে আর্থিক সহায়তা দান করেছে.

এই বছরে ফিফা অনূর্ধ্ব-১৭ বিশ্বকাপ আয়োজিত হবে বিবেকানন্দ যুবভারতী ক্রীড়াঙ্গনে। তাই, আন্তর্জাতিক মানের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় রেখে বিবেকানন্দ যুবভারতী ক্রীড়াঙ্গন এবং তার সংশ্লিষ্ট এলাকার উন্নয়ন ও সৌন্দর্যায়ণ হয়েছে। আন্তর্জাতিক প্রতিযোগিতা পর্যায়ের সঙ্গে সঙ্গতি রেখে সম্পূর্ণ শ্রীবৃদ্ধিসাধন, খেলার মাঠ, আলোর ব্যবস্থা, অভ্যাসের জায়গা সহায়ক সুবিধার ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে।

আর্থিক কর্মসম্পাদন যা ২০১০-১১ সালে ছিল ২৯.২৯ কোটি টাকা, তা আজ ২০১৬-১৭ সালে বেড়ে হয়েছে ২৩৭.২১ কোটি টাকা।

Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has penned a promo song for the FIFA Under-17 World Cup; it was launched on September 20.

The World Cup started from October 6. The Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan in Kolkata will host 10 matches, including the final, from October 8 to October 28.

The song reflects the excitement and feelings associated with football. At the same time, the message of communal harmony has also been given through the song. The song has been launched in audio format, and a video format will come out soon.

The song will be distributed among Durga Puja organisers and it will be played in many Durga Puja mandaps.

The Chief Minister takes a keen interest in the development of sports in the state and taken a number of measures including setting up infrastructure, starting tournaments, and giving awards and monetary aids to sportspersons and clubs.

গত ২০সে সেপ্টেম্বর মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের লেখা ফিফা অনূর্ধ্ব ১৭ বিশ্বকাপের প্রোমো সং-এর উদ্বোধন হল।

এই বিশ্বকাপ শুরু হবে ৬ই অক্টোবর। কলকাতার বিবেকানন্দ যুব ভারতী ক্রীড়াঙ্গনে মত ১০টি ম্যাচ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এর মধ্যে আছে ফাইনালও। ফাইনাল অনুষ্ঠিত হবে ২৮সে অক্টোবর।

এই খেলায় মানুষের যে ভালোবাসা ও আবেগ জড়িয়ে আছে, সেটি গানে আছে। সাম্প্রদায়িক সম্প্রীতির বার্তাও আছে, এই গানটির অডিওটি প্রকাশিত হয়েছে, ভিডিওটি প্রকাশিত হবে খুব শীঘ্রই।

দুর্গা পুজো আয়োজকদের এই গানটি বিতরণ করা হবে ও এটি মণ্ডপগুলিতে চালানো হবে।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ২০১১ সাল থেকেই ক্রীড়া জগতকে ঢেলে সাজাতে উদ্যোগী হয়েছেন। অনেক পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছেন যার মধ্যে পরিকাঠামো উন্নয়ন থেকে, টুর্নামেন্ট শুরু করা, ক্লাব ও খেলোয়াড়দের পুরস্কার ও অর্থনৈতিক অনুদানও আছে।

‘Atithi Bandhu’ or ‘Friend of Guest’ – around 200 students studying Hospitality and Tourism Management courses in Kolkata have been trained to act as such during the days of the FIFA Under-17 World Cup in Kolkata. Ten matches, including the final would be played in the city.

They would be guides to some of the approximately 3,000 foreign tourists expected to be in the city daily during the duration of the World Cup. This number is expected to become 10,000 per day around the days of the final.

The Bengal Tourism Department is involved in getting these students trained in Spanish, Portuguese and German – languages other than English which are expected to be the mother tongues of most of the foreign tourists – at the Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture, as well as giving them other necessary training to turn them into effective tourist guides.

Kolkata is one of the favourite cities with foreign tourists and the grand sporting occasion is expected to act as a major boost to the number. Be it Victoria Memorial, India Museum, Kalighat Temple or the other historical and cultural sites of Kolkata, or the places linked to the lives of Mother Teresa, Rabindranath Tagore and Satyajit Ray – the three most-recognised personalities from the City of Joy – these ‘Atithi Bandhus’ or ‘Friends of Guests’ would be the ideal people to interpret the significance of these places and guide tourists through them.

Details regarding the identities of these guides – like names, e-mail addresses, etc. – as well as the cost of hiring them would be available on the website of the State Tourism Department. Tourists can contact the guides directly through the website.

This is not a one-off project though. The State Government, through the Tourism Department, is going to make ‘Atithi Bandhu’ an ever-continuing project, for foreign tourists arrive in Kolkata throughout the year; and Christmas is the next big occasion.

অতিথিকে ফুটবলের শহর চেনাবে বন্ধু

 

ফুটবল-মহোৎসব দেখার পাশাপাশি এবার ফুটবলের শহরটাও ঘুরে দেখবেন বিদেশি অতিথিরা। ‘পুজোর শহর’ বদলে যাচ্ছে ‘যুব বিশ্বকাপ ফুটবলের শহরে’। ফুটবল দেখতে দেখতে কলকাতাকে দেখার ইচ্ছে হলে কোনও চিন্তা নেই। আপনাকে শহর ঘুরিয়ে দেখাবে অতিথি-বন্ধু।

চিলে, ইংল্যান্ড, ইরাকের ফুটবলারেরা ইতিমধ্যেই কলকাতায় হাজির। মেক্সিকোও দু’এক দিনের মধ্যে এসে পড়বে। চার দেশের ফুটবলারদের সঙ্গেই আসছেন কয়েক হাজার সমর্থক। এই বিদেশিদের কাছে টেনে কলকাতার পর্যটনকে জনপ্রিয় করতে এখন মরিয়া রাজ্য সরকার।

রাজ্যের নতুন অস্ত্র— ‘অতিথি-বন্ধু’। এরা আসলে হসপিটালিটি এবং ট্যুরিজম ম্যানেজমেন্টের বাছাই করা শ’দুয়েক পড়ুয়া। যাদের তৈরি করা হয়েছে বিশেষ প্রশিক্ষণ দিয়ে। ‘অতিথি-বন্ধুরা বিদেশি পর্যটকদের নিয়ে যাবেন তাঁদের পছন্দসই সাবেক কলকাতার নানা জায়গায়।

অতিথি-বন্ধুরা সকলেই ইংরেজিতে স্বচ্ছন্দ। গোলপার্ক রামকৃষ্ণ মিশন থেকে স্প্যানিশ, পর্তুগিজ ও জার্মান ভাষায় কথা বলার প্রাথমিক পাঠও তাঁদের দেওয়া হয়েছে। নাম, ই-মেল আইডি-সহ অতিথি-বন্ধুদের যাবতীয় তথ্য দেওয়া থাকছে রাজ্য পর্যটন দফতরের ওয়েবসাইটে। সেখানেই যোগাযোগ করে কথাবার্তা আগাম সেরে রাখতে পারবেন বিদেশিরা। গোটা বন্দোবস্তের অবশ্যই কিছু খরচ রয়েছে। একই ভাবে সাম্মানিক পাবেন অতিথি-বন্ধুরাও।

গ্রুপ পর্বের খেলা চলার সময়ে কলকাতায় দৈনিক গড়ে ৩ হাজার পর্যটক থাকবেন। ফাইনালের সময়ে তা ১০ হাজার ছাড়াবে। এদের থাকার জন্য শহরের পাঁচতারা হোটেলগুলি সহ ধর্মতলার আশপাশের হোটেলগুলিকেও তৈরি রাখা হচ্ছে। বিশ্বকাপ শেষ হলেও অতিথি-বন্ধুদের কাজ ফুরোবে না। কলকাতায় বিদেশিদের আনাগোনা লেগেই থাকে। বড়দিনে তা আরও বাড়বে।

Trinamool Congress General Secretary Partha Chatterjee held a press conference today to announce a state-wide programme of protest by Trinamool Congress against the BJP tomorrow, that is, October 7.

It will be against the politics of negativity being carried on by the BJP, including causing riots and indulging in destructive activities.

The protests will be staged across all the districts and in Kolkata as well, from 1 pm to 2 pm. In Kolkata, they will be staged at Dharmatala, Hazra More, Shyambazar More, Gariahat More, Garia More, Tollygunge Phanri, bus stand for route no. 14 in Behala, Sakher Bazar, Taratala More and 8B Bus Stand in Jadavpur.

He said that the protests will be held in an orderly manner to cause minimum inconvenience to the people. The Trinamool Congress believes in conducting its activities in a democratic manner.

Partha Chatterjee appealed to everyone to join this protest against those who have insulted Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress Chairperson Mamata Banerjee.

 

 

রাজ্যজুড়ে বিজেপির বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদ কর্মসূচীর ডাক দিল তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস

আগামীকাল, ৭ই অক্টোবর রাজ্যজুড়ে বিজেপির বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদ কর্মসূচীর ডাক দিলেন তৃণমূলের মহাসচিব পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায়।

বিজেপি যে ধরনের বিভাজনের, দাঙ্গার ও ধ্বংসের রাজনীতি চালাচ্ছে তার বিরুদ্ধে হবে এই প্রতিবাদ।

দুপুর ১টা থেকে ২টো পর্যন্ত প্রতি জেলায় এই প্রতিবাদ চলবে আগামীকাল। কলকাতায় এই প্রতিবাদী মঞ্চ হবে ধর্মতলা, হাজরা মোড়, শ্যামবাজার মোড়, গড়িয়াহাট মোড়, গড়িয়া মোড়, টালিগঞ্জ ফাঁড়ি, বেহালার ১৪নম্বর বাস স্ট্যান্ড, সখের বাজার, তারাতলা মোড় ও যাদবপুরের ৮বি বাস স্ট্যান্ডে।

তিনি বলেছেন, এই প্রতিবাদ করা হবে শৃঙ্খলাপূর্ণ ভাবে, যাতে করে নিত্য যাত্রীদের কোনও অসুবিধার সম্মুখীন না হতে হয়। তৃণমূল দল সবসময় গণতান্ত্রিক পদ্ধতিতে নিজেদের কর্মসূচী পালন করে থাকে।

বাংলার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী তথা সর্বভারতীয় তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের চেয়ারপার্সন মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়কে অপমানের প্রতিবাদ হিসেবে এই কর্মসূচীতে তিনি সকল মানুষকে যোগ করবার আবেদন জানান।

দীর্ঘ সংগ্রামের পর বাংলায় পরিবর্তন এসেছিল। জনতার সমুদ্রে ভর দিয়ে জননেত্রী মমতা বন্দোপাধ্যায়ের হাত ধরে বাংলায় এক নতুন সূর্য উঠেছিল সেদিন। আর এই সূর্যোদয়ের পেছনে ছিল কয়েক হাজার তৃনমূল নেতা- কর্মীর আত্মবলিদান।

গনতন্ত্রের পথ ধরে যে বাংলা সেদিন নেত্রী হাতে পেয়েছিলেন তা ছিল পুরোপুরি নিঃস্ব-রিক্ত। ৩৪ বছরের অনুন্নয়নের ধাক্কায়  ঝাঁঝড়া হয়ে গিয়েছিল বাংলার স্বপ্ন। প্রায় ২ কোটি বেকার, কেন্দ্রের ঘরে প্রায় ২ লক্ষ কোটি টাকা ঋণ রেখে বাংলা থেকে বিদায় নিয়েছিল বামফ্রন্ট। কোষাগার ছিল পুরোপুরি শুন্য।ঠিকাদাররাজ, দালালরাজ থেকে শুরু করে বেআইনি কর্মকান্ডের গর্ভগৃহ হয়ে উঠেছিল সরকারি অফিসগুলি। দিনের শেষে সরকারি দফতরে মিছিল-আন্দোলন কর্মসূচি পাওনা ছিল রাজ্যবাসীর। অধিকাংশ কারখানার গেটে তখন তালা ঝুলছে, শ্রমিক-মহল্লায় হাহাকার। গরিব কৃষকের জমি কেড়ে নিয়ে শিল্পপতিদের কার্যত জলের দরে দিয়ে দিয়েছিল আলিমুদ্দিনের শাসকরা। শিক্ষাঙ্গনে রাজনীতির বিষবাষ্প সুকোলমতি পড়ুয়াদের মেধা-বুদ্ধি-বৃত্তিকে পুরোপুরি অকেজো করে দিয়েছিল। উন্নয়ন ভুলে গিয়ে শুধুমাত্র ভোট লুঠ করে ক্ষমতায় বসেছিলেন চেচেস্কুর উত্তরসূরিরা।

সিঙ্গুর, নন্দিগ্রাম শুধু নয়, নেতাইয়ের মতো কলঙ্কজনক ঘটনা ঘটিয়ে একের পর এক গণহত্যা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছিল সিপিএম নেতারা। জমি বাঁচাতে গিয়ে তাপসী মালিকের মতো অনেক নারীর সম্ভ্রমের পাশাপাশি প্রাণও গিয়েছে। কয়েক ডজন শিশু-কিশোর হারিয়ে গিয়েছে নন্দীগ্রামের লড়াইয়ের সাক্ষী হলদি নদীর জলে।সেদিনের স্মৃতি মনে পড়লে আজও আঁতকে উঠতে হয়। নেত্রীর নির্দেশে আমাদের মতো সৈনিকরা তখন দিনরাত এক করে মানুষকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে জুলুমবাজির সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াইয়ে নেমেছিলাম। এই দীর্ঘ সংগ্রামে বেশ কয়েকবার নেত্রীর জীবন বিপন্ন হয়েছে। কোনওক্রমে প্রানে বেঁচে গিয়েছিলেন আমাদের সকলের প্রিয় জননেত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। সিঙ্গুরের বিডিও অফিসে রাতের অন্ধকারে আলো নিভিয়ে দিয়ে পুলিশের রাইফেলের কুঁদো দিয়ে গুঁতিয়ে নেত্রীকের হত্যার চেষ্টা করেও ব্যর্থ হয়েছে বাম সরকারের পুলিশ। যত তাঁর উপর আঘাত এসেছে ততই আরও জোরদার আন্দোলন করে মানুষের দাবিকে প্রতিষ্ঠার চেষ্টা চালিয়েছেন।

এভাবেই একদিন মানুষকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে গণতন্ত্রের বেদিমূলে অর্ঘ্য দিয়ে সরকারে পৌঁছে দিয়েছেন জননেত্রী। কিন্তু দায়িত্ব নিয়েই মহাকরণে বসে দেখতে পেয়েছেন বাম জমানার রেখে যাওয়া প্রশাসনে তখন শুধুই দলবাজি। কর্মসংস্কৃতির পুরোপুরি বিসর্জন হয়ে গিয়েছে রাজনীতির গঙ্গায়। পুলিশ এবং প্রশাসনের কর্তা-ব্যক্তিরা সাধারণ মানুষের পরিবর্তে লাল পার্টির নেতাদের অঙ্গুলিহেলনে ওঠাবসা করেছিলেন।মানুষের উপকার দুরের কথা নুন্যতম দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য ভুলে গিয়েচগিলেন প্রশাসনিক ব্যক্তিত্বরা। সব মিলিয়ে সেদিন মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় যে ভয়াবহ- ভগ্নদশা অবস্থায় বাংলাকে পেয়েছিলেন তা বোধ করি বিশবের অন্য কোনও প্রশাসক পেলে দায়িত্ব নিতেন না। কিন্তু মানুষের উন্নয়নে ২৪ ঘন্টা কাজ করতে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ অগ্নিকন্যা রীতিমতো চ্যালেঞ্জ নিয়ে বাংলার প্রশাসনিক দায়িত্ব নিয়েছিলেন। আর এই দায়িত্ব তাঁকে যে বিশবসভায় বাংলাকে পৌঁছে দেওয়ার শপথ নিতে সাহায্য করেছে তাঁর প্রমাণ কন্যাশ্রী এখন বিশ্বশ্রী। গর্বিত বাংলা,গর্বিত আমি তাঁর সরকারের একজন সহকর্মী হয়ে কাজ করার সুযোগ পেয়ে। অবশ্যই গর্বিত বাংলার তৃনমূল কংগ্রেসের নেতা ও কর্মীরা, যারা সরকারের নানা প্রকল্প ও পরিষেবাকে জনতার কাছে পৌঁছে দিচ্ছেন। জেলায় জেলায় নানা চক্রান্ত ও বিরোধিদের ষড়যন্ত্র উপেক্ষা করে মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর ঘোষিত সমস্ত প্রকল্প এবং পরিষেবা সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য বাস্তবায়িত করে চলেছেন।

কিন্তু কেন তিনি এমন একটা সবদিক থেকে দেউলিয়া সরকারের দায়িত্ব নিলেন? কীভাবে ও কোন পথে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের লাগাতার বঞ্চনা এবং পক্ষপাতিত্ব উপেক্ষা করে এভাবে বিপুল উন্নয়নে কর্মযজ্ঞ চালিয়ে যাচ্ছেন? বিদেশের প্রতিনিধিরা যখন কলকাতায় আমাদের সঙ্গে দেখা করতে আসেন, তখন সকলেরই এই দুটি প্রশ্ন অবধারিত করে থাকেন। দিন কয়েক আগে কলকাতার মার্কিন দুতাবাসের এক শীর্ষ আধিকারিক আমার কাছে জানতে চেয়েছিলেন, মাত্র তিন মিনিটে রাষ্ট্রসংঘের মঞ্চে দাঁড়িয়ে কীভাবে কন্যাশ্রী প্রকল্পের সাফল্য তুলে ধরলেন বাংলার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী? বিশ্বস্বাস্থ্য সংস্থার শীর্ষকর্তারা কলকাতায় এসে অবাক বিস্ময়ে অনুসন্ধান করেছেন কোন জাদুমন্ত্র বলে ন্যায্যমূল্যের দোকানে এত বিপুল ছাড় দিয়ে ওষুধ বিক্রি হচ্ছে। বলতে পারেন, এটাই মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের মিরাকেল। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী উদ্ভাবনী শক্তির সঙ্গে প্রতিযোগিতা করে কেউ যে পারবে না, তা নিশ্চিত হয়ে গিয়েছেন দেশ- বিদেশের নানা সামাজিক প্রকল্পের সঙ্গে যুক্ত ব্যক্তিত্বরা।

বাংলার প্রশাসনের দায়িত্ব নিয়ে জননেত্রী দেখেছিলেন সামাজিক প্রকল্প ও পরিষাবার ক্ষেত্রে বিপুল শুন্যতা। রেশন দোকানের নাম করে যে সমস্ত ডিলাররা চাল-গম সংগ্রহ করতেন,তাঁর অধিকাংশই গ্রামের মানুষের কাছে পৌঁছাত না। গড়িব মানুষের নাম করে সরকারি তহবিল থেকে কোটি কোটি টাকা ঘুরপথে পৌঁছে যেত সিপীম-এর পার্টি অফিসগুলিতে। স্কুল-কলেজে শিক্ষকদের একটা বড় অংশই শিক্ষাঙ্গনকে রাজনীতির ক্রিড়াঙ্গনে পরিনত করেছিলেন। মাসের পর মাস শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে না এলেও বেতন নিয়ে চলে যেতেন একদল রাজনীতি-সর্বসব লালপার্টির নেতারা। হাসপাতালে রোগী ভর্তি হতে এসে দালালচক্রের হাতে সমস্ত খুইয়ে বাড়ি ফিরেছিলেন। এমন অবস্থায় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হিসাবে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় একের পর এক সামাজিক প্রকল্প চালু করার পাশাপাশি বিপুল কর্মসংস্থানের ব্যবস্থা করলেন।

এতদিন বাংলার মানুষ জানতেন যে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মানে মহাকরণের অলিন্দে থাকা একটা ক্ষমতাশালী মানুষ। স্বাধীনতার পর কোনও রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী প্রতি মাসে জেলায় জেলায় ঘুরে উন্নয়ন নিয়ে প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক করেছেন, এমন নজির শুধু দেশ কেন, গোটা বিশ্বে নেই। অথচ তৃনমূল নেত্রী গত ছ’বছরের বেশি সময় সেটাই অত্যন্ত নিষ্ঠার সঙ্গে করে চলেছেন। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হিসাবে তাঁর প্রথম সফর ছিল জঙ্গলমহল। এরপর পাহাড়, সুন্দরবন সর্বত্রই ঘুরে ঘুরে সরেজমিনে উন্নয়নের নানা প্রকল্পের বাস্তবায়নের দেখেছেন তিনি। পরখ করেছেন প্রতিট প্রকল্পের সরকারি ব্যয়ের খুঁটিনাটি। আসলে জনগণের প্রতিটি পাইপয়সার হিসাব অত্যন্ত নিখুঁতভাবে দেখে রাখতে চান মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। বস্তুত এই কারণে তিনি প্রায়ই বলেন “আমি জনগণের পাহারাদার।” শুধু উন্নয়ন নয়, দুর্গাপুজো থেকে মহরম, ইদ থেকে বড়দিন, নববর্ষ থেকে নিউইয়ার, উৎসবে যখন বাংলার কোটি কোটি মানুষ মগ্ণ থাকেন, তখন প্রশাসনকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে কড়া নজরদারি চালিয়ে যান জনতার নেত্রী।

অশান্তির ঘুর্ণিঝড় বিধ্বস্ত করে দিয়েছিল জঙ্গলমহল। ফেরালেন শান্তি। সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বিপথে যাওয়া জঙ্গলমহলের যুবকদের জীবনে এনে দিলেন কর্মসংস্থানের অক্সিজেন। এখানেই শেষ নয়, সমস্ত আদিবাসীদের জন্য দু’টাকা কিলো চাল-আটা চালু করলেন। সবুজ সাথী সাইকেল থেকে শুরু করে কন্যাশ্রী, যুবশ্রী, মাতাশ্রী-র মতো নানা প্রকল্প আজ শুধু বাংলায় নয়, গোটা দেশেই বিভিন্ন রাজ্য অনুকরণ করছে। কন্যাশ্রী প্রকল্প শুধুমাত্র নারীশিক্ষায় আলো আনেনি, বাল্যবিবাহ থেকে শুরু করে নারী পাচার অনেকটাই বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে আমাদের রাজ্যে। আর সেই কারণেই রাষ্ট্রসংঘ কন্যাশ্রী প্রকল্পের প্রবক্তা বাংলার নবরুপকার মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের হাতে বিশ্বসম্মান তুলে দিয়েছে। বাংলা হয়েছে সত্যি সত্যি বিশ্ববাংলা।

দেশের এক অস্থির সময়ের মধ্যে দিয়ে আমরা এগিয়ে চলেছি। মানুষে মানুষে ভেদাভেদ তৈরি করে সাম্প্রদায়িকতার বিষবাষ্পে শ্বাসরোধ হওয়ার উপক্রম হয়েছে আমাদের। সামাজিক সম্প্রীতি আজ মরুভূমিতে পরিণত হতে চলেছে। দেশে চরম অসহিষ্ণুতা গ্রাস করতে চলেছে। এমন প্রেক্ষাপটে দেশবাসীর কাছে একটাই মরূদ্যান- বাংলার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী, মা-মাটি-মানুষের নেত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। দিল্লি থেকে পাটনা, সর্বত্রই তাঁকে সামনে রেখেই দেশের সমস্ত বিরোধী রাজনৈতিক নেতারা সাম্প্রদায়িকতার বিরুদ্ধে লড়াইয়ের শপথ নিচ্ছেন। স্বভাবতই বাংলার তৃনমূল কর্মীদের দায়িত্ব পড়েছে মা-মাটি-মানুষের নেত্রীর উপর। তাই একদিকে যেমন নেত্রীর চালু করা সমসত প্রকল্প ও পরিষেবা আরও বেশি করে জনতার কাছে পৌঁছে দিতে হবে, অন্যদিকে সাম্প্রদায়িকতা-বিরোধী লড়াইকে আরও জোরদার করতে হবে। দলকে করতে হবে আরও শক্তিশালী। দলীয় কর্মিদের মনে রাখতে হবে, দলীয় সংগঠন যত শক্তিশালী হবে, নেত্রীর হাত ততই মজবুত হবে। আর দেশের নেতৃত্ব দিতে আরও সহজ এবং সাবলীল পথ হয়ে উঠবে আমাদের প্রিয় নেত্রীর। মনে রাখতে হবে, সেদিন আর বেশি দূরে নেই, যেদিন মা-মাটি মানুষের নেত্রীর হাত ধরেই বিভাজনের রাজনীতিকে গুড়িয়ে দিয়ে দেশে মুক্তির নতুন সূর্য উঠবে। নতুন ভারত গড়ে উঠবে, স্বপ্ন সফল হবে মা-মাটি মানুষের।

Indian politics has changed, but the national media hasn’t quite realised it. Actually, it would be a travesty to call a bunch of Delhi-based channels and newspapers – some of which sell barely a few thousand copies – the ‘national media’. They are the Delhi media and yet they have given themselves national status. Regional-language papers and channels, whether in Bengali or Gujarati, Tamil or Hindi, may sell millions more and be watched by millions more but they will never be considered ‘national’. Like the ‘regional parties,’ they are forever consigned to second-rate status in the Delhi media caste system.

The Rajya Sabha has 233 elected members, of which around fifty per cent belong to the BJP and the Congress. Fifty per cent% of the House is made up of the non-BJP non-Congress parties, many who often act in concert. For example, anti-Dalit atrocities in Gujarat and elsewhere were raised by the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Trinamool and other parties. I recall the attempt to make Aadhaar compulsory for claiming government benefits and availing public services – an imposition that is contrary to earlier commitments by the government and the advice of the courts -was protested against by the Samajwadi Party (SP), the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) and the Trinamool Congress (AITC).

Issues of public importance are taken up by the opposition when Parliament is in session. Often these subjects are first raised by comparatively smaller parties not always by the Congress, who have by far the most number of opposition MPs in the Rajya Sabha. The media, almost by reflex action, reports it, however, as a Congress versus BJP battle. Generally speaking, regional parties – fifty per cent of the Rajya Sabha as I said – are given scant coverage. The one exception among the smaller parties is the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Good for them. I suspect they get more than a fair share of media coverage because they are based in the capital. If AAP were a Bengaluru based party phenomenon or a Mumbai-based party, it would have received the same neglect. For Delhi’s media supremacists, there is no India beyond the capital, or at best Gurgaon and Noida.

This may sound like a churlish complaint. It is not, and Trinamool is certainly not pleading for column inches and prime-time space. The fact is that this is a snapshot of inadequate knowledge and awareness of political and social issues and the churning in the country by a media permanently stationed in Central Hall. I got a taste of this during the 2016 West Bengal election, when Delhi-based journalists were making wild predictions without setting foot in the state and without speaking to anybody other than BJP and Congress and occasionally CPI(M) fat cats who were and are Delhi fixtures.

Doesn’t India deserve better? Doesn’t the media industry, now so rich and well-endowed, aspire to higher standards? Isn’t there a credibility gap? Does the media have interest in understanding how policy is shaped and legislation is negotiated in Parliament? Can this be done without engaging with and understanding what I term the ‘middle bloc’ – the state parties that occupy the largest space in the Upper House, between the BJP and the Congress?

The media is overwhelmed by the same one dozen personalities and politicians from the two big parties that it interacts with everyday. The ‘special briefings’ too come from the same folks. What is even more dangerous is that some glam television anchors are becoming self-obsessed. Do you recall the bizarre sight of an anchor on News Channel A interviewing an anchor from News Channel B about the conduct and views of an anchor from News Channel C? I was aghast.

This is delusional. Who the hell is interested, in this country of a billion people, if a couple of senior journalists have a personality clash or even an argument on principles? It can form the subject of a panel discussion at the India International Centre or Press Club, but how is it prime-time news? The messenger cannot become the message. The media cannot be interviewing each other and reporting on each other. That is what we did when we produced college magazines.

I know much has been said in the past about ‘nationalist’ and ‘anti-national’ media. This is a tiresome debate. Much more important than this squabble about ‘nationalist’ and ‘anti-national’ is the question of what the Delhi-based media considers ‘national’ and what it considers ‘regional’. We very easily give these titles and names to media outlets, to politicians and to economic, social and political grievances and concerns. So a short-lived Delhi-Gurgaon flood, which causes only traffic jams, is a ‘national story’. And a week-long flood in West Bengal or Assam, which displaces thousands and kills fifty, is a small-time ‘regional’ story. I rest my case.

Like in the last two years, this year too Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has written the theme song for the Suruchi Sangha Durga Puja in New Alipore.

The theme song for this year is Boichitrer Muktoy Gantha Ekotar Monihar. Through this song, Mamata Banerjee has endeavoured to spread the message of peace and communal harmony. The music for the song has been composed by Jeet Ganguly and the song has been sung by Shreya Ghosal. A music video has also been produced, which is available online.

Despite her busy schedule, Mamata Banerjee makes it a point to give time for creative pursuits – be it painting or writing stories and poems as well as non-fiction. Till date, she has written almost 70 books. Every year, during the International Kolkata Book Fair, she releases her books.

দুর্গা পুজোর থিম সং লিখলেন মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়

 

গত দু’বছরের ন্যায় এবারেও সুরুচি সংঘের দুর্গা পুজোর থিম সং লিখলেন তৃণমূল নেত্রী তথা রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়।

নানা ব্যস্ততার মধ্যেও দিদি লেখান এবং ছবি আঁকেন। আজ অবধি ওনার ৭০টি বই প্রকাশিত হয়েছে। ওনার লেখা নতুন বই বেরোবে ২০১৮ সালের বইমেলায়।

এই থিম সংটির শীর্ষক হল ‘বৈচিত্রের মুক্তোয় গাঁথা একতার মণিহার ’ – এই গানের মাধ্যমে দিদি সম্প্রীতি ও শান্তির বার্তা দিয়েছেন।

গানটির সংগীত পরিচালনা করেছেন জিৎ গাঙ্গুলী এবং গেয়েছেন শ্রেয়া ঘোষাল ।
