WB CM Ms. Mamata Banerjee pays tribute to Shaheed Bhagat Singh on his 81st Martyrdom Day. Chief Minister says that government is in talks to set up an archive on this great son of the soil. She requested the Union Railways Minister to explore possibilities of connection all the Sikh shrines.
