Sir, aapke maadhyam se pehle to main us taraf baithe hue mere saare previous bosses ko namaste karta hoon. Aaj jo Appropriation Bill laya gaya hai, yah koi unconstitutional cheez nahin hai ki main isko oppose karun.
Our Hon’ble Finance Minister will obviously have reverted. Finance Minister will obviously have reverted to that because it has been a practice for so many years. It is not that it is the first time that it has been brought. But Article 114 is for an exception, not to be practised every year. Now it has been practised every year; but if that has been something which has not been done properly, appropriately, or, it has been misused, why haven’t the Government done something to improve that so that we do not come back to the Parliament in 2026 to get extra budgets that were spent in 2022-23?
Now I would say that the amount given, the millions of crores that the Government spends on everything, is not a huge thing. It is Rs. 54 crores. …(Interruptions)… But if you are bringing an Appropriation Bill, …(Interruptions)…
