Sir, my Point of Order is, if you have admitted Rule 125, by virtue of you admitting 125, you have gone past Rule 232. Mr Sukhendu Sekhar Roy is on order. We should have a Division (Vote) on it. This Bill is faulty. You need consultation. You need debate. Have a vote on this. Who have you consulted? It is the duty of the legislature to consult. This is a faulty Bill. How many many women’s organisations have you consulted? None. How many stakeholders have you consulted? None.
