Mother’s Wax Museum to screen films
Mother’s Wax Museum will be screening films. Starting from this year’s Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF), the museum will now be screening films.
The museum, a brainchild of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, is extremely popular, and hence screening films there will help in attracting more people to the museum too. The museum was opened in 2014.
KIFF is scheduled to start from November 11. Nazrul Tirtha, located close to the museum, has become a popular film venue for residents of New Town, Rajarhat and Salt Lake. Bothe films and documentaries are screened there. It is also a venue for the KIFF.
