Mamata Banerjee warns about the secret alliance between CPM and BJP
Kolkata Feb 3: On Thursday, Mamata Banerjee warned the minority communities about the secret pact that CPM forms with BJP every time an election is announced in the state. On a rally organized by the Furfura Sharif, Ms Banerjee said that “the CPM uses the BJP to create a rift among people before elections. They have started playing the same game again. Don’t fall into any trap.†At the rally the chairperson of Trinamool Congress also mentioned that “developing the minorities is our dutyâ€. She said there “would be a change in Bengal†and Muslims “will benefit from itâ€. She promised to work for the improvement of the standard of education of the Muslims and also create more job opportunities for them. Former Indian cricket captain Mohd. Azharuddin, who is presently a Congress MP was also present in the rally.
