Sir, it appears from the reply given by the hon Minister that the Double Taxation of Avoidance Agreement was executed on December 29, 1994. Protocol Amendment Agreement was entered into on October 7, 2011, and the Multilateral Component Authority Agreement was executed on January 1, 2018. Since last 24 years only agreements have been executed.
I want a specific reply from the hon Minister, how much unaccounted deposits of Indians have so far been recovered from Swiss banks. In how many cases have prosecution proceedings been initiated? When will the citizens of India get Rs 15 lakh in their accounts?
