Sukhendu Sekhar Ray asks a Supplementary Question about legislation on NRC

Sir, in the National Register of Citizens in Assam, 11 lakh Bengali Hindus ( 4 lakh others, 4 lakh Muslims) have been excluded, although the majority of them produced documents in support of their citizenship.
My question is, will the government grant citizenship to all genuine, affected Indians left out of the NRC, without (keeping them) waiting (for 6 years) as envisaged in the (proposed) Citizenship Amendment Bill ?
