Thank you Sir. Thousands of under-trial prisoners, although they are granted bail by the courts, fail to furnish bail bonds due to poverty. Will the government will consider bringing an Amendment to the relevant law for the waiver of bail bonds, as is prevalent in many other countries like the United Kingdom.
