Sir on November, 5, 2019, Hon’ble Supreme Court directed the States of Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh to provide financial assistance at the rate of Rs 100 per quintal to the farmers to avoid this burning of stubbles of paddy.
In this regard my question is whether in view of this order whether the government has taken up the issue with the concerned States for implementation of the order as burning stubbles from these states as affected the year of NCT of Delhi and the adjoining areas alarmist.
