Manas Bhunia asks a Question on privatisation of Railways

Thank you Sir, for allowing me to ask this Supplementary Question. The Hon’ble Minister has replied in writing, “No sir, that means no privatisation or no corporatisation”.
In the second line, however there is a proposal to outsource the commercial and onboard service and also to permit, I repeat, also to permit the private players to induct modern rates to run trains on select routes with an objective to provide improved service delivery to passengers.
My specific question is this. You just clarify, don’t mislead the House Members. Whether the terminology ‘privatisation and corporatisation’ are different? Are you doing both?
