Thank you, Mananiya Sabhapati Mahoday. Main aapke madhyam se Shunyakaal mein mahatyapurna vishay uthana chahta hoon.

Sir aap jante hain ki Sacchar Committee ki report se Hindustan mei Musalmano ka siksha, arthik pichrapan, rozgar, sarkari aur neeji kshetron mein naukri pramukh sector mei unka halat ka ek chitra samne aya tha. Is report k baad tatkalin Bharat Sarkar ne nirnay liya tha ki minorities ke siksha ki halat sudhar ne ke liye kayi kadam uthaye jayenge. Un mein ek tha ki desh ke bibhinn pradesho ka minorities bahul chaar zilaaon mein Aligarh University ka full-fledged campus banaya jaiga, jo us rajyo mein Musalmano ka siksha ka star ko agey badaega.

Sir jis char sthalo ko chinhit kiya gaya tha un mein Bengal ka Murshidabad zilla, Kishanganj (Bihar), Pune (Maharashtra), Mallapuram (Kerala) the. Pashcim Banga Sarkar ne Kendriya Sarkar ke anurodh ko swikar karke Murshidabad mein Aligarh University ke liye takriban 1000 bigha zameen bhi muft mein diya tha. Mamata Banerjee ke Sarkar ne is zameen ko Aligarh University ka campus banane ke liye handover bhi kiya tha. 2014 mein tatkalin Mananiya Rastrapati Shri Pranab Mukherjee is campus ko udghatan bhi kiya tha. Lekin afsos hain ki, the Aligarh Campus, Murshidabad, from the beginning has become a sick educational institution.

Sir, it has only four departments, with 500 students. They are studying in a pathetic condition. There are no buildings or full fledged hostels. You know Sir, some temporary shed is being called ‘university campus’. There has been no allocation for the university. Salary of the teachers and other staffs also stopped. In a long period there is no development at all. I want to know from the Minister of Human Resource and Development, what is the future plan regarding the Aligarh University. Does the HRD Minister want to abandon this institution, which was planned for the educational development of the minority communities?
