Tapas Mandal speaks on the demand for a motorable subway in Ranaghat

I want to draw attention of the Railway Minister through you Madam, to a pending demand of the residents of Ranaghat, which is my constituency. The people demanded a motorable subway under the railway station of Ranaghat but surprisingly the Railway Ministry constructed a subway that is for the pedestrians.
That does not serve the purpose of the people of Ranaghat because the railway line divides Ranaghat in two parts i.e. eastern part and the western part. All public amenities are located on the western part and people, particularly critical patients cannot reach the hospital because of no motorable subway. People of Ranaghat demand motorable subway instead of pedestrian subway.
I want to draw the attention of the Railway Minister and want him to address the issue and also to construct a motorable subway for the people of Ranaghat.
