Arpita Ghosh speaks on mobile internet access during Question Hour

Thank you, Madam, for giving me this opportunity.
Madam, these statistics are very good on the face of it. But, when I visit my constituency Balurghat in South Dinajpur, then the mobile does not even show G. Forget 4G, there is no 2G network there. But, the 4G network of private service providers work well there.
The hon Minister is here. Let me tell him that BSNL line does not work there. There is not even a single office. There is a office in Raiganj but not in South Dinajpur. May be there is an officer, but he is hardly seen in the area.
Your figures are very good. I would be grateful if the coverage reaches South Dinajpur. I hope the Minister will reply.
