Mahua Moitra’s amendment to The Central Armed Police Forces (General Administration) Bill, 2026 to refer it to a Select Committee
Sir, I beg to move: “That the Bill to regulate the rules governing the recruitment and conditions of service of the officers in the Central Armed Police Forces, as passed by Rajya Sabha, be referred to a Select Committee consisting of 15 members, namely:- 1) Dr. Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar 2) Dr. Sharmila Sarkar 3) Smt. June Maliah 4) Shri Kalipada Saren Kherwal 5) Shri Khalilur Rahaman 6) Shri Azad Kirti Jha 7) Smt. Mitali Bag 8) Smt. Pratima Mondal 9) Smt. Rachna Banerjee 10) Ms. Sayani Ghosh 11) Smt. Dimple Yadav 12) Ms. Iqra Choudhary 13) Shri Dharmendra Yadav 14) Shri Harendra Singh Malik 15) Shri Mohibbullah with instructions to report by the last day of the first week of the next Session of the Lok Sabha.
