Dola Sen’s supplementary question during Question Hour on whether the Union government has consulted states and/or taken any updates from them, in the last few years, regarding the implementation of ICPS, considering the 60:40 ratio of funding
Sir, my humble question to the hon. Minister is whether the Union Government has consulted with the concerned Ministries of the State Governments for the implementation and development of the Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS), not only in West Bengal but also all over the country, in recent phases or in the last few years, or it has taken any update from the concerned State Governments, considering and giving respect to the Union Government and State Governments, keeping in line with the federalism of our country as per the Constitution, as almost in every scheme, the Union Government and State Government’s financial share is also 60 per cent and 40 per cent respectively.
