Sir, I want to know from the Hon’ble Minister, through you. This government has dissolved the historic Planning Commission and they brought the NITI Aayog. The basic difference between the directive principles of NITI Aayog and Planning Commission are so many issues.
In a country like India, with its diverse geo-political situations and geo-economic situations, what are the steps taken by the government, after substituting the Planning Commission with NITI Aayog, in relation to improve the centre-state relations to achieve the best effective centre-state relations in cooperative federalism?
