The Sundarbans is one of the most famous jungle areas of India and of the world. Among other things, it is famous for the royal Bengal tiger. Those who catch a glimpse of the magnificent beast are quite lucky.
Sir, in the southern part of Africa, there are lion safaris in wildlife reserves, with activities like walking with the lions. So my question is, why can’t we have similar activities in the Sundarbans? Tiger safaris can be set up, which on the one hand can attract tourists from across the world and on the other help India earn valuable foreign exchange.
