Trinamool Chairperson to address party rally in Tripura
Trinamool Chairperson Ms. Mamata Banerjee will address a rally in Agartala, Tripura towards the end of this month. While addressing the Martyrs` Day rally at Brigade Parade grounds on 30 January, the Trinamool Chairperson had said that she will be campaigning for the party in various states. She had given the clarion call of `Delhi Chalo, Bharat Garo` on that day.
Chairman of the Tripura Pradesh Trinamool Congress Ratan Chakraborty said that the West Bengal Chief Minister would address a rally in Agartala in the last week of the current month, but the date is yet to be finalised. He said, All India General Secretary of the party has instructed the party unit to make necessary arrangements for the rally to be a huge success.
Trinamool Yuva National President Abhishek Banerjee had recently attended the first convention of the Tripura Pradesh Trinamool Congress on December 4, 2013. Trinamool Congress is planning to fight Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Jharkhand and Bihar along with the North Eastern states like Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, and Tripura.
