The just-released figures of AG show a quantum jump in Actual Plan Expenditure of Bengal from Rupees 12644 Crore in 2012-13 to more than Rupees 18193 Crore till February, 2014 – up by almost an overwhelming 44 per cent. This is despite the massive financial and debt burden of Rupees 2 lakh 30 thousand Crore thrust on us by the Left Front regime. on Facebook, 07.04.2014
