Sukhendu Sekhar Ray demands discussion under Rule 267

The fact is that since November 2016 till today, that is, for the past five years, on no occasion has Rule 267 been allowed. I strongly believe that the rule still exists in the Rulebook, and therefore, kindly allow us to discuss this issue under Rule 267.
