Your hope is Bengal, I am here because Mumbai is my hope – Mamata Banerjee at `Bengal Beckons`, Mumbai
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee put forward the potentialities present in West Bengal at `Bengal Beckons`, the Industrial Meet organized by West Bengal Government at World Trade Center, Mumbai. She won the hearts of the Mumbai-based industrialists present on the occasion.
`Your hope is Bengal, I am here because Mumbai is my hope. Mumbai is the financial capital. Bengal has the potentiality, talent, cheap labour. Earlier there were bandhs and strikes, there used to be 78 lakhs mandays lost. Last year it came down 5000. This year it is nil. We have made land banks, land maps for industrial purpose`, said the West Bengal CM.
