WB Sports Minister announces financial assistance for gold medalist Sukhen Dey
West Bengal Sports Minister Madan Mitra today announced that the government will give five lakh rupees to Commonwealth gold medalist Sukhen Dey. Here is what he said:
- Let me warmly congratulate Sukhen Dey for winning the goldmedal at Commonwealth Games.
- We will give Sukhen Dey five lakh rupees so that he canprepare for the upcoming Asian games.
- I think there has been a miscommunication. I will meetSukhen when he comes back from CWG. I wish him good luck.
