Do not allow the dark days of CPI(M) rule to come back: Didi at Asansol
Mamata Banerjee addressed two rallies in Pandabeswar and Raniganj, in the coal belt of West Bengal today. This was the second day of her campaign trail in Bardhaman district. Later she also addressed a rally at Kharagpur.
In her speeches, she challenged the opposition parties to fight her politically, instead of resorting to slander. She also disparaged the “divisive religious politics” of some parties “just before elections.”
She went on to highlight the development that her Trinamool Congress Government had wrought during its first term in power – schools, hospitals, roads, water supply projects, scholarships to students from minority communities, and much more.

- The CPI(M) candidate in Raniganj destroyed Asansol for 34 years

- We have given cycles to 45 lakh students under Sabuj Sathi scheme
- We have built a new airport in Asansol. A new university has come up
- This is a dry area. We have taken up a new water supply project for this area
- We are working with the Centre to regularise illegal coal mines. It will generate employment
- I thank all of you for being present here in large numbers despite the scorching heat

- We are setting up 41 multi super speciality hospitals out of which 31 have been inaugurated
- We have registered 33 lakh girls under Kanyashree scheme
- 171 Kisan Bazaars are being set up across the Sate. We have given houses under Geetanjali scheme
- We have built roads, stadiums, airports. What has CPM done in 34 years?
- The CPI(M) only killed people in Singur, Netai, Nandigram, Amta
- I challenge the CPI(M) to even perform 1% work of what i have done
- The Opposition only knows how to criticise me
- Congress and CPI(M) have lost their ideologies. They are struggling for existence
- They are fighting in Kerala and showing camaraderie in Bengal
- Let BJP manage Delhi first then focus on Bengal. What have they done in Asansol for 2 years?

সিপিএম আমলের কালো দিন আর ফিরিয়ে আনবেন না: মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়
আজ পাণ্ডবেশ্বর এবং রানিগঞ্জে প্রচার করেন তৃণমূল নেত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। আজ তার বর্ধমানে প্রচারের দ্বিতীয় দিন। বর্ধমানে প্রচার শেষ করে এরপর তিনি খড়গপুরে একটি সভা করবেন।
গতকাল তিনি বিরোধীদের চ্যালেঞ্জ করে বলেন কু९সা ও অপপ্রচার না করে তারা যেন রাজনৈতিকভাবে তার সঙ্গে মোকাবিলা করেন। তিনি আরও বলেন কিছু কিছু দল নির্বাচনের আগে সাম্প্রদায়িক বিভেদ সৃষ্টির চেষ্টা করছে।
এদিনও তার বক্তব্যের মূল বিষয় ছিল উন্নয়ন। তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস ক্ষমতায় আসার পর স্কুল-কলেজ, হাসপাতাল, রাস্তা, জল সরবরাহ প্রকল্প, ছাত্রছাত্রীদের বৃত্তি প্রদান থেকে শুরু করে সবরকম উন্নয়ন করেছে।
তৃণমূল নেত্রীর বক্তব্যের কিছু বিষয়ঃ
- মানুষ আমাদের সুযোগ দিলে আমরা আবার মানুষের জন্য কাজ করব
- আমরা জাত-পাত, ভাষা-ধর্মের বিচার করি না, আমরা সকলের জন্যও কাজ করি
- আসানসোল একটি নতুন জেলা হবে
- গত ৩৪ বছরে রানিগঞ্জের সিপিএম প্রার্থীরা ধ্বংস করেছে আসানসোলকে
- আমরা কৃষক, সংখ্যালঘু ও অনগ্রসর শ্রেণীর লোকেদের জন্যও অনেক কাজ করেছি
- ১ কোটিরও বেশি সংখ্যালঘু ছাত্রছাত্রীরা স্কলারশিপ পেয়েছে
- সবুজ সাথী প্রকল্পে ৪৫ লক্ষ ছাত্রছাত্রীদের সাইকেল দেওয়া হয়েছে
- আসানসোলে আমরা একটি নতুন বিমানবন্দর চালু করেছি। একটি নতুন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ও তৈরি হচ্ছে
- এটি অত্যন্ত শুষ্ক অঞ্চল, তাই আমরা এখানে বেশ কয়েকটি জল প্রকল্প শুরু করেছি
- আমরা কেন্দ্রের সাথে কাজ করছি যাতে illegal কয়লা খনিকে বৈধ করা যায়, এখানে অনেক কর্মসংস্থান হবে
- এত গরমেও আপনারা আমার সভায় এসেছেন তার জন্য আমি সকলকে ধন্যবাদ জানাচ্ছি
- হিন্দু-মুসলমান বেঁধে জোট, জোড়াফুলে সব ভোট
- সিপিএম কালো দিন যাতে ফিরে না আসে তাই তৃণমূলকে ভোট দিন
- ৪১টি মাল্টি সুপার স্পেশালিটি হাসপাতাল তৈরি হয়েছে, এর মধ্যে ৩১টি উদ্বোধন করা হয়ে গেছে
- ৩৩ লক্ষ ছাত্রী কন্যাশ্রী পেয়েছে
- ১৭১টি কিষাণ বাজার তৈরি করছি
- আশ্রয়হীন মানুষ এখন গীতাঞ্জলি প্রকল্পে বাড়ি পাচ্ছে
- রাস্তা, স্টেডিয়াম, বিমানবন্দর সব কিছু তৈরি করেছি আমরা
- গত ৩৪ বছরে কি করেছে সিপিএম? ওরা শুধু সিঙ্গুর, নেতাই, নন্দীগ্রাম আর আমতার লোকজনদের খুন করেছে
- আমি সিপিএমকে চ্যালেঞ্জ করে বলছি ওরা এর ১ শতাংশ কাজ করে দেখাক
- বিরোধীদের কাজ শুধু আমার কু९সা ও অপপ্রচার করা
- কংগ্রেস আর সিপিএম তাদের আদর্শকে বিসর্জন দিয়েছে
- ওরা কেরালায় লড়াই করছে আর বাংলায় জোট করছে
- বিজেপি আগে দিল্লি সামলাক, তারপর বাংলা দেখুক, গত ২ বছরে ওরা আসানসোলের জন্য কি কাজ করেছে?
- আসানসোলের জন্যও যেসব জল প্রকল্পগুলি শুরু হয়েছিল, কেন্দ্র সেগুলোর টাকা বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে
- আগামী দিনে বাংলাই সকলকে পথ দেখাবে
