A toll-free number has been announced for this purpose, where anybody can call and lodge their grievances regarding state government run schemes. The number is 18000 345 8244. Apart from that general public can also SMS their grievances to the number 9073300524. The dedicated e-mail id for this purpose would be [email protected]
Once a grievance is lodged, the issue has to be settled within seven days, the CM announced. She suggested that one Deputy Magistrate could be appointed in each district to expedite the process of taking action after a grievance is lodged.
Apart from this, the state government is also working to strengthen the economic offence wing. Apart from police officials, officers from the other departments will also be a part of this wing
