CM to visit Jangalmahal today; many programmes in the pipeline

After a hectic visit to Darjeeling, Dooars and Malda, Paschimbanga Chief Minister Ms. Mamata Banerjee who has returned yesterday late in the evening and drove straight to her office in Writers` Building seem to be having immense energy and attitude to serve the people. The Chief Minister is all set to start her visit her Jangalmahal trip today.
The Chief Minister will reach Jamgalmahal in the evening today and will put up in the Circuit House. Tomorrow, she will address a public rally and also interact with the locals.
The people of Jangalmahal are eagerly looking towards her visit as they are quite hopeful that Ms. Banerjee who will be coming to the area second time after becoming the Chief Minister of the state will announce many new programmes and projects across the Jangalmahal.
The Chief Minister’s visit will open new doors for the locals as she is expected to announce many new projects and programmes for the people in the Jangalmahal. Some of the programmes that Ms. Banerjee will announce:
# Inauguration of a bridge on River Subornorekha in Nayagram.
# Modernization of a municipality hospital in Jhargram, supervise basic amenities for patients.
# Air-condition of five wards in the hospital to ease the patients.
# Announcing formation of collages and educational institutions especially for the locals in Salbani, who have to travel to either Garbeta or Midnapore to study.
# A hostel for the students, especially for those who come to study from far and wide.
# Stadium and development of sports for the locals.
# Concrete road for the people as the locals find it very difficult to travel on soiled roads during rains.
Apart from these there are various other programmes which she will attend during her visit to Jangalmahal.
However Maoist outfits have issued notice asking the CM not to visit the area as they are scared of the positivity that the Chief Minister carry in her and her deeds match with her words, unlike her predecessors.
