Bengal Panchayat Dept to introduce ‘Pratikar’ app to get quick feedback from people
The State Panchayat and Rural Development Department is going to introduce a mobile phone app, to be named Panchayat Pratikar, to help people communicate any sort of information related to the development work being carried out by the government.
There will also be a toll free number, 18002000864, for informing grievances, if any, both through calling and SMS, to the concerned officials.
It may be mentioned that with the overall development in the districts in the past six years, most people now have smartphones. So the app will be helpful for a large section of people.
There will be three-member committees at block, district (zilla) and state levels to look into the grievances.

দ্রুত মানুষের প্রতিক্রিয়া জানতে ‘প্রতিকার’ মোবাইল অ্যাপ আনছে পঞ্চায়েত দপ্তর
রাজ্য পঞ্চায়েত ও গ্রামোন্নয়ন দপ্তর খুব শীঘ্রই একটি মোবাইল অ্যাপ আনতে চলেছে, যার নাম ‘পঞ্চায়েত প্রতিকার’। এই অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে রাজ্য সরকারের যে কোনো উন্নয়নমূলক প্রকল্পের বিষয়ে যে কোনো তথ্য/অভিযোগ জানাতে পারবেন সাধারণ মানুষ।
সঙ্গে চালু হচ্ছে টোল ফ্রি নম্বরও – ১৮০০২০০০৮৬৪। এই নম্বরে ফোন বা এসএমএস করে যে কোনো অভিযোগ জানানো যাবে খুব সহজেই।
সারা রাজ্যে গত ছয় বছরে যে পরিমাণ উন্নয়নমূলক কাজের ফলস্বরূপ এখন গ্রামাঞ্চলেও প্রচুর মানুষের কাছে স্মার্টফোন আছে। স্বাভাবিকভাবেই এই অ্যাপ কাজে আসবে অনেকেরই।
এই অ্যাপ ও টোল ফ্রি নম্বরের মাধ্যমে পাওয়া অভিযোগ খতিয়ে দেখতে ব্লক, জেলা ও রাজ্য স্তরে থাকবে তিন সদস্যের এক কমিটি।
