Trinamool MPs stage dharna against Centre in Parliament
Trinamool Congress MPs from Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha today gathered in front of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi inside Parliament premises to protest against the current government at the Centre.
Slogans were raised against the government. The MPs took on the BJP-led central government on myriad issues. The MPs said, BJP will be thrown out of power in 2019.
Some of the slogans raised at the dharna were: “Modi Hatao Desh Bachao”; “Modi Govt Expiry Date is Over”; “Modi Kills Democracy, Kills Constitutions, Kills India” among others.
