Prasun Banerjee speaks on the need for a flyover and underpass at level-crossing near Banksara

Madam, I am very happy that you have given me a chance to speak. I have a small question but it is a very serious question.
I am from Howrah constituency which is in Bangla. There is a railway station named Shalimar in my constituency. Madam, the distance between Shalimar and Santragachi is barely 2 km. There are four level crossings there but none of them have flyovers. For the last 40 years people are facing a lot of problem in travelling.
There is a place called Banksara; it takes nearly three hours from there to reach Howrah.
Madam, my request through you, to the minister is to please construct subways and flyovers in this area. Thank you.
