The Opposition is the backbone of democracy, and today, our MPs proved it. Marching with INDIA bloc colleagues, they went straight to Election Commission headquarters with two burning questions:
- If the 2024 voter list was riddled with discrepancies big enough to trigger a SIR, why shouldn’t Narendra Modi’s Govt resign? Why shouldn’t the Chief Election Commissioner pack his bags?
- Why is the BJP-leaning Election Commission demanding Booth Level Agent (BLA) lists? To help BJP identify, intimidate, and silence our agents before polls?
