Workshops to draw road map for skill development of farmers
The state government will organise workshops to prepare a comprehensive road map for skill development of farmers to cater to the needs of those in agriculture and allied sectors both in India and abroad.
Senior and concerned officials of the state agriculture, agriculture marketing, fisheries, horticulture and animal husbandry departments will meet to discuss the road map in details.
The skill development programme will help the farmers to get a recognition against which their capabilities may be judged.
The syllabus, once framed, has to be sent to the Agriculture Skill Council of India (ASCI) for approval. Resource persons will be allowed to give 200-hour training to the people from grassroot level. Complete implementation of the project will be of immense benefit to the farmers.”
কৃষকদের ‘স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট’ এর বিস্তারিত ‘রোডম্যাপ’ তৈরীতে উদ্যোগী রাজ্য
কৃষকদের ‘স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট’ এর লক্ষ্যে বিস্তারিত ‘রোডম্যাপ’ তৈরী করতে উদ্যোগী হল রাজ্য সরকার। বিভিন্ন ‘ওয়ার্কশপ’ এর মাধ্যমে এই ‘রোডম্যাপ’ তৈরির কাজ করবে রাজ্য।
কৃষি, কৃষি বিপণন, মৎস্য, পশু ও উদ্যানপালন বিভাগের বিভিন্ন আমলারা এই ওয়ার্কশপে অংশগ্রহণ করবেন। এই ‘স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট’ কর্মসূচির ফলে কৃষকদের দক্ষতাও যেমন বাড়বে, তারা নিজেদের কৌশলের একটি স্বীকৃতিও পাবেন একটি সার্টিফিকেটের মাধ্যমে।
এই ‘স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট’ কর্মসূচির সিলেবাস তৈরী করে পাঠাতে হবে Agriculture Skill Council of India (ASCI) কে। যারা কৃষকদের প্রশিক্ষণ দেবেন তাদেরও যথাযথ ট্রেনিং দেওয়া হবে।
এই পুরো কর্মসূচি রূপায়িত হলে রাজ্যের কৃষকদের লাভ হবে বলেই আশা করা যায়।
