50 public meetings and counting, Mamata Banerjee’s campaign in full swing

Trinamool Congress Chairperson Mamata Banerjee’s campaign for Lok Sabha Election, 2019 is going on in full swing. She has already addressed 53 public meetings across 16 districts. She has also participated in 11 padayatras in support of Lok Sabha candidates across Bangla.
Over the last one month, she has travelled across the length and breadth of the State, in the heat, dust, humidity and rain.
She had actually kicked-off her campaign for the elections by addressing a public meeting at Dinhata on April 3. She called Modi ‘Expiry Babu’ as people have seen through the BJP’s tactics of fooling the people of the country, promising everything but giving nothing, and on top of that, taking away jobs, making businesses close down, killing people in the name of gau-raksha, etc.
In every speech after that, she has been exhorting the voters to elect Trinamool Congress candidates from every seat, so that, along with like-minded parties, it can form a secular, progressive government at the Centre.
Her call of “42 out of 42” has rung across the State, and has inspired the people to fight and defeat the BJP, Congress and CPI(M) democratically.
