Distribution of land pattas
The Trinamool Congress Government has ensured land-related benefits for the needy citizens of the state through various schemes.
Through the Nijo Griha Nijo Bhumi Scheme, the Trinamool Congress Government has distributed land pattas to 3.35 lakh landless and marginalised farmers.
Three types of pattas are included here – pattas for construction of houses, pattas for agricultural land and pattas for jungle plots.
The government has also decided to combine Nijo Griha Nijo Bhumi with the other developmental schemes so that more benefits can be extended to the common people. Already 21,120 people have received various benefits in this manner; benefits would be extended to many more in due course.
পাট্টা বিতরণ
এই সরকার সর্বত্র চেষ্টা করে যে ভূমিহীন ও প্রান্তিক চাষীদের মধ্যে ন্যায়সঙ্গত পাট্টা বিতরন করা হয় এবং এই ক্ষেত্রে ‘নিজ গৃহ, নিজ ভূমি’ প্রকল্প একটি বিশেষ উল্লেখ দাবী করে। মোট ৩.৩৫ লাখ মানুষ এই প্রকল্প দ্বারা পাট্টা পেয়েছেন, যার মধ্যে আছে বাড়ী বানানোর জমির পাট্টা, কৃষি জমির পাট্টা এবং জঙ্গলের জমির পাট্টা।
সাম্প্রতিক কালে সরকারের নজরে আছে যাতে এই ‘নিজ গৃহ, নিজ ভূমি’ প্রকল্পের সাথে অন্যান্য উন্নয়নমূলক প্রকল্পের মিল ঘটিয়ে সাধারণ মানুষের কাছে আরও সুবিধা পৌছে দেওয়া যেতে পারে। ইতিমধ্যেই ২১,১২০ জন এই রকম উন্নয়নমূলক প্রকল্পের সুযোগ পেয়েছেন এবং খুব শীঘ্রই বাকীরাও বঞ্চিত থাকবেন না।
