Saugata Roy makes a Point of Order on No Confidence Motion in Lok Sabha

For the last few days the House has been taking up the ‘No Confidence Motion’ without resolution. Kharge Ji just spoke in favour of that. I just want to point out Rule 198, where the No Confidence Motion is to be judged. There is no provision that House has to be in order.
