Today, I visited Jangalmahal and attended a government public distribution programme at Belpahari in the newly-formed district of Jhargram.
8 years ago, on this date, 24 EFR jawans laid down their lives fighting a brutal attack by Maoists on the EFR camp at Silda. Today, I personally visited the camp to pay my tribute to the brave jawans.
